Techs have been very courteous, and respectful of our property while doing good work and they show up when promised! They mounted an outside receptacle to plug in our emergency power generator and installed a circuit transfer switch in our electric panel to prevent our generator power from feeding back into the power company lines. We recently had them quote a whole house standby generator and they were honest with their recommendations, and the price was comparable to what had been quoted by a local big box store. However, because we don't have natural gas service in our area, we needed to go with a large propane gas storge tank, which our HOA restrictions required to be underground, making the whole project considerably more expensive than we could justify. We like the fact that their techs and salespeople do not work on commission, nor do they try to upsell like so many area "Do it all" service companies that offer, electrical, air-conditioning & plumbing services. Sergeants does only one thing and they do it very well.

They did have the permit extended for another year (this was over a month ago, April 6th 2026). They came out and took pictures on April 9th. I figured after more than a month they would have Finally completed my installation (not complete until the paperwork is done). I have emailed and called but no one answers. If you use this company (I do not suggest you do), but if you do hold the last payment until they complete all the work & paperwork. Horrible customer service!

Today, Roger and Coco (electricians) arrived on time at 6:30 am to start the installation (their part) and were done by 7:50am. At that point Neptali (gas technician) arrived and did his portion of the installation and was finished by 10:30am! The system was tested and no further explanation was needed as we had this Generac in our Northern home. We were impressed with the phone calls, emails and text messaging that all indicated without any confusion...what to expect and the time line. As for the time frame of the install, they were on the money. They operate like a very well oiled machine. Extremely neat, dressed professional, easy to understand and mindful of the home and plantings in the area on the generator.

Fort Myers to Sarasota is 1.5 hours away. 7 days later I still haven't received the check, nobody calling me back.
