Chef Brandy was super responsive to our inquiry, professional to deal with, and she prepared a meal in our home that surpassed many that we've had at very upscale restaurants. We both enjoy entertaining, and in general, cooking for our guests is part of the fun (for us), but there have been several times that we've said, "maybe we should just hire Chef Brandy to come do the cooking...." because her food was so good, she is fairly priced and she took care of literally everything. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. The grazing table is something I'll daydream of often now that I've seen and gotten to taste so many amazing things from it.
