Chef Brandy was super responsive to our inquiry, professional to deal with, and she prepared a meal in our home that surpassed many that we've had at very upscale restaurants. We both enjoy entertaining, and in general, cooking for our guests is part of the fun (for us), but there have been several times that we've said, "maybe we should just hire Chef Brandy to come do the cooking...." because her food was so good, she is fairly priced and she took care of literally everything. Every aspect of the service was impeccable. Allison helped me figure out what I wanted on my menu to make my guest feel welcome and appreciated. She helped me understand which dishes would go well together and remain in my budget, which is another thing most of my vendors didn't seem to comprehend. Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was! The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! I get hungry just looking at our wedding photos lol on the front end Allison was awesome in helping me think about things I didn't know to think about. She was friendly and a quick responder which is so helpful with you are trying to plan a wedding. Then, on the day of my wedding, it was as if the food magically and beautifully appeared. Allison and her team were almost invisible - super professional appearance and they didn't stand out at all (which was important to me) I trusted AE catering & events with a big part of the most important day of my life and they were awesome. I can't wait to have a reason to use them again!

Luckily, I had her email and knew she'd respond right away. What can I say? From the very beginning, I knew this was going to be quite the experience. Hannah and I were in touch everyday curating the perfect menu for my girls trip. She was extremely accommodating as one of the girls did not like meat so she quickly made her own choices for my friend. She's extremely communicative which was my favorite part about her services. She made this experience 10/10 for us. And the FOOD?! Phenomenal! We devoured everything.
