    They put the "car" in CARE. I don't make promises I can't keep; so if your car is here, I promise…read moreit's in the best of hands. Lots of details below. But for those who don't want to read long paragraphs, here is the TLDR version: 1. They have a flawless end-to-end process. Towing - Shop/Service/Repair - Claims Management (if needed) - Drop off to your home. It's like white glove service for vehicles. Once you hand your car off to towing, they've got it from there. 2. Communication is effective and incredibly reassuring. 3. They've been in business for 20+ years for a reason. 4. Reasonable prices and they work on luxury cars. They are incredibly resourceful for all car parts (including foreign and/or specialized) and custom paint details. More details: I had an incident late night and Googled, "Best towing company near me." Unbeknownst to me, Three in One Auto Body Shop also services any and all vehicles. Ron (tow guy) arrived in 8 minutes. When he did, he saw I was flustered. He not only reassured me all would be well, he asked if I needed a moment to cry and gave me space to do so. He told me my car situation wasn't a big deal while not minimizing my emotions. I told him life has been a lot and I didn't need this at the moment. While prepping my car to tow, he did an inspection and gave a surface-level diagnostic, which was reassuring. He then called an Uber from the company account to pick me up. Since my hands were trembling, Ron asked permission to use my phone to take pictures of the car so he can text management/owner (Jim) on my behalf. Ron told me to expect a call first thing in the morning. Which brings me to Jim! Jim is Him! As promised, Jim reached out early morning. He expressed earnest empathy for my situation and immediately offered reassurance about the incurred damage. He was clear everything was in the wheelhouse of the services the shop provides. He went to great lengths to talk me through what it is that Three in One specializes in. He avoided "man-splaining" it to me. As an expert, he was still patient enough to break it down in laymen's terms and answered all of my questions (which were a lot). The company has an end-to-end service that allows you to simply hand your car over and they take it from there. As a person who prefers to be in control, there was nothing for me to do, which took getting used to But after a few days, I loved it. While I handled other life stuff, I got amazing and timely updates. If I ever called, Jim either answered or would text he'd call back (and always did). Considering all the clients they have, that is exceptional client relations/customer service. You want people who are nice but also know their stuff. Jim wasn't just nice, he knew what he was talking about. Kindness won't get your car fixed - knowledge will. And the man is skilled! They also have a great relationship with their adjuster (who is from the top insurance agency in the country), who came out within a day of filing the claim. Which brings me to claims- Cindy - She runs and manages claims (and perhaps the shop overall? Lol) She is just ON it. The details. The knowledge. She can do this work in her sleep. She is sweet but incredibly strong. Customers get the sweet side but I can tell Cindy is handling business by the way everything moved swiftly and quickly on the claims part. She doesn't play when it comes to making sure insurance is handled accordingly and in a way that is best for the client in the long-run. She avoids "generalizing" your claim and treats each one with the individual attention it needs based on person and policy. The adjuster assigned to me was excellent. He had all the answers & patience in the world and complimented the shop. Delivery- Carlos was kind, timely & wanted me to test drive my car for quality assurance. He walked me through all work. My car was perfection upon return. He also wouldn't let me tip him - even with insisting! If you read this far, you're a perfectionist like me. This is your sign to take your car there or feel at peace if it already is. Thanks team!
