I want to take a moment to specifically recognize General Manager Devan, his management team, and the entire team of employees at the S. Claiborne Avenue location for the outstanding job they are doing. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of things when it comes to the operation of the car wash and taking care of customers. Their professionalism and willingness to assist customers certainly do not go unnoticed. Over the years, I've personally watched Devan evolve and grow as a leader, and I've witnessed the transformation of the S. Claiborne location under his leadership. There has been noticeable progress, and I believe much of that comes from having strong leadership, accountability, and a team that understands the importance of providing quality customer service. I truly believe the management team that is currently in place has the ability, commitment, and potential to take the S. Claiborne location to new heights. As a longtime Pelican Pointe customer, it is encouraging to see the direction in which this particular location is headed. Devan, his management team, and the entire staff deserve recognition for their hard work and continued progress. Keep up the great work!

She was knowledgeable in all aspects of her job as well as the peripheral aspects of her job. But the basic car wash for six dollars will be definitely worth it in the future. There was so many things impressive about this place. The fact that they were giving out free car washes and there were a ton of cars, they were able to get me through the car wash within five minutes. After the car wash the self vacuum system is by far the best I have ever had. The suction on the vacuum is very strong. But there was this additional thing called the typhoon which was a high powered air system which took it to another level. Having never used this high powered air system I had a learning curve in the sense that I would recommend quickly doing a vacuum in your car then using the typhoon for under the seats and between the consels in the seats as it's able to get out so much dirt. Afterwords doing a good vacuuming because the typhoon will dislodge a lot of dirt. What is great about this place is there was no time limit on the vacuum. But and there was enough stalls that I never felt rushed because no one was ever waiting despite this being a day they were giving out free car washes and there were a ton of cars. But what really took this car wash to my favorite car wash ever was the employees. They noticed I had a small crack in my window which I haven't had a chance to fix yet. Instead of letting me go in there and get wet they taped it up, which I did not ask for but they went out of their way to do it, and kept me and the inside of my car dry. A++++ rating for this car wash!

This car wash actually uses the "snakes" and gentle brushes to wash your car properly. You can go and pay good money and get more than just high pressured water and soap cleaning your car. Don't get me wrong, the wash is extremely gentle and won't scratch your paint job, but if you need to get bugs and gunk off of your car, this is the wash you have to go with. There are three washes you can choose, depending on how "detailed" you want it to be. The cheapest is $4, I get the $8 one and there's one for $12 that gives you the tire shine stuff and I think a wax of some sort. Also, they have FREE vacuums, so once you get the outside of your car all clean and shiny, you can take care of the inside.
