She was articulate/well spoken, intelligent/fast on the uptake, genuinely pleasant/friendly, and professional. She was very invested in her job and doing it well. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of her job as well as the peripheral aspects of her job. She knew which nearby municipalities used their own specification stations, and openly shared her knowledge. Thank you.
