Check-in here was smooth. Then we get to our room, and it's carpet instead of hardwood. The glass in the office portion was broken. Bathroom door was heavy and made a horrible noise. Then, when I just want to enjoy a hot shower, this one had a tub instead of just shower, so it had a shower curtain. As I waited for the shower heat up, the tub is filling up because it's not draining properly. Nothing aggravates me more! The countertop is very small compared to the spacious one at the last hotel so, all our toiletry bags wouldn't fit. At the last Springhill, there was no problem. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. This hotel is definitely due for an upgrade. I would not stay here again, This was in room 122. *** On a good note, my son really enjoyed the breakfast. 10/8/26

I'm honestly so disappointed in this hotel that I doubt I will ever stay at a Wyndham ever again. This place was just so nasty, if we hadn't paid in advance and didn't need a place to sleep I would have found somewhere else.

While I was there for about 25 minutes no one came into the area to check on things and clean up. About 20 minutes after that as we ere checking our they were reading the biscuits and cleaning up the counter in some areas. So sad that there is no professional pride in getting things done.
