One of the most architecturally beautiful bridges I saw in Prague, the Troja Bridge (Trojský most) is a bowstring arch over the Vltava River. Quite modern, it only opened to traffic in 2014 and is an important part of the Prague Ring Road transportation link. Four lanes of road traffic plus pedestrian and cycles.
34 meters wide, it is actually two separate structures that are joined by an expansion join. There are no pillars in the river to support the bridge, making it very different from all the other Prague bridges. It is simply elegant and worth of making the trip for a photograph in day or night.
