I completed the form knowing I could go back in to check the options for adding my wife's vehicle. If not, I'd call the number they list for customer service. 1st strike- The form states I can add additional vehicles but I kept getting errors. I waited 24 hours and tried again ...no go. 2nd strike- I called the customer service number only to be answered by a bot that told me some would call me back in THREE DAYS. I closed my account. 3rd strike - Three days later I received a call. I told her the issue and that I closed my account because of the web site issue and the phone call experience and why it is NOT customer service. She said, "So you closed your account? Ok, bye."
