Ryan and Bryan were able to fit me that afternoon, and worked late into the evening to get me my car in time! They even gave me a ride home and delivered my car once it was finished! Oh man. Such a bad experience ... I'll just hit the main points. Junior was super nice at first and…read moreeven said "wow your car really isn't bad at all inside". I told him there was a spot of gum on the back carpet if he was able to get it that would be great - but just do your best. He said: well I can with my steam cleaner but I didn't bring it with me. But you can do it yourself. Then he pointed out multiple white spots on my interior that he said "were already there". Thankfully I had pictures of my car from that weekend - no spots. He "couldn't find" the before pictures he had taken of my car. He said he could remove the white spots (that he caused), but again, he didn't have the supplies with him. He spoke with my husband and agreed to finish the job and then come back to take care of the white spots. He did inform me "I'm not cleaning the whole car again when I come back though if you decide to get it dirty again." I went back inside and Junior came to the door and said he decided he wasn't going to finish and he was leaving. It was at this time I noticed he was recording me inside my home with his sunglasses. I asked if he was recording me and he said yes. When I told him that was illegal he said "uh no I'm pretty sure in the state of Missouri I can record without your permission." It was just so creepy. He also refused to refund us. When we pressed him he said he would refund Friday. Which he has done. There are LOTS of mobile detailing services that do an excellent job. Junior unfortunately is just inexperienced and immature. Choose someone else.

Chad was excellent--he took the time to go over the different tint options with me, explained the pros and cons of each, and helped me choose the right shade for my car and my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The actual installation was done carefully and efficiently. Everything came out clean and even, with no bubbles or peeling edges. The tint looks sharp and the visibility is still great. The whole process felt straightforward and well-organized, and I never felt rushed or upsold. If you're looking for quality window tinting and solid customer service, I'd definitely recommend Somo Customs. Chad in particular made the experience a really good one. Happy I went here.
