I brought them tires and they dismounted the tires from my wheels and mounted and balanced the tires I brought. They drive smoothly, so I can assume they did an acceptable job with the balancing. The Bad: Once I got home and was able to inspect their work, I found that there was new damage to the faces of all 4 of my wheels. The damage was not just clear coat scuffs - it was gouges in the metal caused by their machines. I called to inform them of the damage I found, and I was asked to bring my vehicle back in for them to inspect. I brought the car in and they admitted that the new damage that I pointed out was caused by their employee/machine. The only solution i was offered was to get a refund on the mounting/balancing labor. They refused to offer any compensation to have the damage they caused to my wheels repaired. I was told that is the only option they would give me. I was refunded the cost of the mounting and balancing, but now I am left with damaged wheels due to their negligence. Final Thoughts: Every business that offers a service should make it a priority to make sure their customer is satisfied. This is especially applicable in cases where it is obvious the responsibility or fault falls on the service provider. This was not the case for Chappell's Tire. They refunded me the cost of their labor, but did not take responsibility and offer to have the damage they caused to my wheels repaired. I had heard lots of good things about these guys, and that is the sole reason for me giving them my business. Its unfortunate the great reviews and word of mouth did not meet my expectations. I will not be returning to Chappell's for any future work, nor will I recommend them to my friends or colleagues.

I still had significant tread wear on the remaining tires and wanted a comparable tire to get the remaining life out of the set. C&E had me rolling very shortly with a comparable tread wear used tire and at significant savings. My experience was quick and positive. I've put over a thousand miles on the used tire that I purchased from C&E and have had no problems to date.

When I didn't accept that, one of the staff called me "ungrateful" for not wanting to pay for work I never approved. I paid $600 out of $920 for a half-done job. A week later, they told me they won't finish the work. Poor communication, zero professionalism -- would not recommend.

Bottom line they said not to shut the car off whenever we left because it needed to charge. On the way home it started smoking. All the lights came on and it stopped running. Had to have it towed home and then back to the shop. $3000 of repairs. It had to he towed home again. Doesn't run. Leaks puddles of oil. Everything they charged us to fix is worse than it started and now we have new problems. We trusted these people because they seem so nice. Wholesome even. What a mistake. I called 3 dealers trying to schedule a service and Napleton happened to pick up as my last call. Ms. Jamie answered as I had dialed the parts department, when never have I seen such friendly service in the automotive industry, she was willing to bend over backwards to fit my schedule and it blew my mind. I had some issues with my nav screen. She consulted her service advisors/managers regarding the warranty and gave me a call back same day. She scheduled me for a Saturday and because of her awesome display of customer service, I decided to give them what business I could. Then I got to meet Ms Kendra who was very courteous and she was willing to listen to whatever I had to say, answering to the best of her ability. I didn't even know Hunter (the company for alignment machines) had lasers like they had in their service bay. She kindly informed me my alignment was out and a couple of scheduled maintained services. With this, I proceeded to happily spend money knowing these were people I could trust my vehicle with. As for the actual service on my vehicle, Mr. Preston was the servicing technician. Let me tell you, I used the be a tech on flat rate, and I'm super sensitive about who touches any of my vehicles. Mr. Preston did an outstanding job, it's like he wasn't even in my vehicle with the exception of the new nav screen. That dude was super cool and I hope I made his day with the "gravy train". Outstanding work and a pretty cool guy. When I have to choose a Mitsubishi Dealer, I will gladly choose Napleton, every time.
