Due to fallen debris and active leak and smell in the kitchen, this has environmentally and functionally rendered the kitchen not usable. I Reported this told them we needed to be moved to an hotel due to the leak still being active and Lynn Irby told me to turn the water off and not use it, and they would not reimburse for meals or pay for a hotel because the kitchen is functional. The smell was absolutely horrid, my toddler cried and wanted to leave because of the stench and my husband couldn't even finish the tour! I cannot believe you all are allowing showings of the property with such a pungent odor and the driveway being the way that it is. After speaking with Tammy she informed us the driveway will not be repaired "...it's not in the budget..." for them to fix and the smell will not be eliminated until the property "...does not rent..." my family and I will be looking elsewhere. The property manager on site and Elon Property the company that owns this complex are liars and do not care about their residents. I'm in the process now of fighting with this company to get thousands of dollars off my credit report.
