They pick the first tenant that applies not necessarily the best one and then charged a percentage (about $200) for just processing payments. On top of that they always side with the renter, every thing was considered "wear and tear" to them. When the tenants left they had scratched up our floors and dented our gutters in the front of the house, broke one of the plantation shutters. We were charged like $300 for house cleaning but when we got there it was grimey and it looks like they just did a mediocre job overall. They don't actually check the work of the third party vendors they hire. It's so darn annoying that you trust these people with managing a home but it was just a heartache overall. On top of the "management fee" they'll charge an extra amount to do inspections. I figured all that would be included with their fees. ‍

Not only did we close on time... we closed 10 days early! When our dream home suddenly hit the market, we went to see it immediately. Our realtor asked if we had a prequalification letter and we said no, it was all very last minute. She told us we'd probably have to wait until the following week to submit an offer. We reached out to Kim, and she had the letter ready for us the very next day, allowing us to submit an offer within 48 hours of the home going live. Throughout the process, Kim was incredibly responsive and on top of everything. At one point she needed a few documents from me, but I was really sick and running behind. The next thing I knew, there was a care package on my doorstep from Kim with soup and vitamin C. That level of care and thoughtfulness is completely unmatched. Update 3/19/2024 David did it again! We decided to purchase…read moreanother house and who did we call? Of coarse David. This guy is always on it. We didn't think we would be able to purchase another home for my daughter in our area as houses are a little pricer where we live. However, with the perfect agent it just happened. We offered 20k lower than the sellers were asking. They ended going 10k lower plus 5k for closing cost. Then after inspection, the house needed a new roof, David negotiated and they paid for it . Water problem they got that fixed as well. Every time I would text or call David, he would answer or let me know if he could call me right back. David is on it. He makes you feel like you're his only client although I knew he had other clients he was showing houses too or selling. If you need an agent that will work for you, negotiate and get things done, David is your guy. My family is very please with his service and integrity. If I buy another house David will be our agent again and again.
