We have never before had an agent come with us to an inspection or meet an engineer on site for a follow-up report. This was a problem property and transaction from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, energetic and like advocating for us like a pitbull. David was always very quick to respond to our questions whether by call, text or email. I highly recommend him especially if you are relocating from another city like we were. If we ever buy or sell a home again there is no question who we would call for advise and representation.

(posting this for my dad)…read more We met Isabel in March. Our daughter had arranged for Isabel to spend time showing us houses in different areas and different price points. Isabel had appointments for 5 houses the afternoon that we got to New Braunfels. At the end of our stay, Isabel had shown us 14 houses. Isabel is a busy person. At this point, we returned to the DFW area to put our house on the market. During this time, we were in constant contact with Isabel and checking different real estate websites. We would give Isabel a couple of houses to check out. She made a walk-through video for some of the best ones. During this time, we had to sell our house in DFW. Isabel never got discouraged and made sure that we didn't either. We worked through offers that we had put on 2 houses. The first fell through due to the non-sale of our DFW house. The next offer didn't work due to the seller taking the house off the market. We made another trip to New Braunfels to tour some houses that Isabel had looked at and some that we chose after our house sold. We settled on a house that Isabel and our daughter had found and toured and filmed. Isabel submitted our offer and it was accepted. After we closed on the house, Isabel went through again making sure that all the items that we listed were taken care of. The day before we moved into the house, she made another pass to double check everything. She was extremely valuable to us because we had not bought a house in 37 years. Isabel works very hard to ensure that her clients get the benefit of her knowledge and experience.

Her marketing strategy was more complete and all of her materials were professional looking and useful. In a market where we were prepared to wait 2-3 months or more, we had multiple showings and sold our home for a good price in the first 2 weeks! I am certain that Isabel's comprehensive marketing approach enabled such a positive outcome. From a personal standpoint, Isabel was easy to talk with to discuss different ideas and was always available even during the busy holidays. Through all the steps Isabel kept us well informed and ensured that things moved through smoothly. If selling or buying a home in Texas, we highly recommend Isabel Guzman!

I have had nothing but first class service from Presidio Title and Heather Bourne in particular…read more She has always gone above and beyond to ensure things are done and done right for all parties. I've done numerous transactions the past few years and not a single complaint from any clients or other agents. Not only on our closing day did they struggle to coord all the paperwork correctly making us wait…read morefor over an hour before signing. But the worst was yet to follow... We received a letter 2 yrs later from the IRS, and according to our tax auditor, it appears they had inaccurately lumped our residence in with a block of commercial property lots when cleaning off their books with the IRS, which kicked off a subsequent full-scope audit, based on it looking as though we had a sale of an undisclosed investment property, instead of our primary home sold after two years to fund another primary etc... We had to fight legally with the IRS for over a yr to resolve the issue and cost thousands for just a stupid mistake which 'Presidio' created and was able to wash their hands of and not be engaged or a part of the problem resolution they started because of their incompetence. Do not use this outfit they're sloppy and potentially dangerous fiduciary well-being!

Bob is a Vietnam veteran and knows the VA Home loan process and the unique challenges that come with being a veteran. He was patient, kind and extremely professional. I am a first time home buyer and Bob is never hard to get ahold of and no question is too small. I am pretty sure that Bob has a few millionaire clients and I am far from that. He made me feel like a million dollar client though! Honestly, I was pretty intimidated by the home buying process and Bob made it super easy. He was constantly making sure that I was comfortable during the loan process. Personally, Bob just really cares about his community and it shines through in everything he does. I would choose Bob Griffey as a realtor in Canyon Lake, Texas. He has lived in this community and knows it very well so he can guide you to the right area and house for your needs and wishes. I love my new house so much! It is perfect for me and Bob made sure of that.
