It is unfortunate but the buyers of our house did not provide for us any time in between to do the actual moving. From the get go Matt and Ruby laid out the plans for selling the house. We were on top of our part of the work involved in selling a home. We cleaned and did not miss a showing. Everything went as planned. We were under contract in the time period they estimated we would be. Matt then showed us a houses. That same day we found a house we just adored. We fell in love with this house and this was the one we had to have. We went under a contingency that same day! We were able to close sooner than expected. We wanted to be in our new house ASAP. On closing day we had a disaster! Our movers did not show up on time. The buyers expected us out by the time we sat down at closing. Ruby and Matt sat down with me and calmed me from my state of panic and explained that we had a shot to still close on this deal by way of a last minute negotiation. At that moment I decided to put my full trust and faith into Keller Williams. As a result, we closed on both houses and we are now living happily ever after in our new home where we will raise our family. My designer ordered my kitchen cabinetry here and the experience has been disastrous. Many of the "new" cabinets arrived damaged. It was a struggle to get someone to take a look at the damage. When the replacement items came, there was even more damage. And when the replacement of the replacement came, it was the wrong size and with missing panels. I still have items that aren't up to par but, at this point, I just need my kitchen back. PLEASE check every single item you receive and don't assume because it's "new" and in a box that it's worth the dollar you paid for it. And please don't use RNC Interiors (Robert Cohen) who installed their showroom cabinets. Their showroom looks great but check out the backsplash that his team installed and, ultimately, abandoned my project - crooked and missing backsplash, outlets dangling from the wall and all.

We pulled the carpet off of the staircases and found old bleached and worn out solid wood underneath. This company came and did such a professional and beautiful job on the staircases on the main floor that we had them refurbish the staircase on the lower level of our home. They taped up all of the openings to other rooms to confine the dust, swept and cleaned up after their work and best of all they specialize in matching stains... Custom match. They are contracted by builders and developers to custom stain wood work in home renovations and building projects. We wanted a Royal Oak colored stain on our stairs to match the wood flooring across the foyer in our formal dining area. Three sample colors were provided to us. We selected the color we liked the best and all is history! They even left some of the custom stain for us for future touchups, if needed. After the job was finished they educated us on the care of our new flooring. Anything you want to know about wood or laminate flooring I would highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair. They are honest humble folks and they really aim to please the customer. We have another big job coming up. We will be replacing 800 ft.² of wood flooring. It will be the last of 4200 sq ft of flooring to be completed. We've already contacted Jeanette to schedule that job. For all of our flooring needs this is the company we will go to! The pictures below don't show the brilliance on the stairs. This was done about 1 1/2 years ago and our floors are still beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

I didn't want to take any with me (cockroaches love cardboard!) so I rented 50 plastic bins for my second move. This is definitely the way to go and I will be using them in the future. They give you a 2 hour time frame and Trey called to say he was on his way. The bins were dropped off on time and picked up on time a week later from my new apt. Neither location was desirable in regards to getting the bins up and down stairs but no complaining from Trey. I see other plastic bin companies that will only drop off and pick up to the ground floor!! Price seemed very fair in comparison to other companies. Will definitely use again!!!
