I did not want to waste my time with that, so really appreciated that Nelson gave me a flat rate to do the installation. I also needed a Saturday time, and they were able to accommodate that too. The installer called me when he was about 15 minutes away and the installation was completed smoothly without any issues. I'm happy to have found a new plumbing service I trust. (Especially after Allbritten is no longer trustworthy, and screwed us a couple of times after we spent tens of thousands of dollars, over a decade of business with them. This happened on a…read moreSunday night and after frantically calling HVAC companies, with no immediate availability for that night or in the morning, I reluctantly called Lee's. They had someone available and at my door by 9am the next day. Gabriel Gonzalez was the technician and he was fast, friendly, and diagnosed my issue quickly. My unit was only 7-years old, but capacitor had gone out. Gabriel stated usually the capacitor goes out due to power surges or high amps being sent to the capacitor. Based on the age of the unit (2019 being relatively new) he suggested a servicing in the near future for a full diagnostic to determine if there's an bigger issue. Since newer units don't normally need to replace the capacitors. He also cleaned my entire AC unit and stated everything looked and sounded great. Overall great experience and I highly suggest using Lee's!

Jonathan and Eugenio worked their butts off for two and a half days in triple digits going from inside to outside all day. I'm sweating just thinking about the valley heat. I called them to get a second opinion about a failing AC unit…read more First company deemed the condenser as faulty and said it needs to be replaced, on site initial quote was $5000, which later turned into $12,000 replacement. Andrew from allbritten showed up and discover the whole issue was a chewed up data cable. He worked his wonders for few hours, restored the system and then worked his magic with his superiors to get us an amazing price !!!! I have hired many contractors before but never ever received such a service as this company provided.
