    Marginally better service now compared to my previous experience. Again the older SA was more…read morehelpful and gave a better service than others. While all the SAs on duty that day said the right things, the actions did not match. The signs out in the store during covid-19 were insufficient in how the new shopping reality would be in the store. So my friend and I stepped into the store and were told by a staff from across the room to stay outside. Then we realized they were at capacity. That was fine but it would have been better if they had someone stationed at the entrance when at capacity to inform potential shoppers of that. Instead of shouting across the room. The fitting room was open. yay! You could try on clothes which would then be in a bin to be sanitized -- but the staff did not track those clothes/customers to be sanitized when customers tried them on at the rack itself so... Again the sign was not clear on the procedure. I was told by another customer at the fitting room I needed to wait for a staff before I could enter or go to a room. So it was a while before a staff came over. The staff also told the other customer her friend/relative (same household) could not be in the same room or area with her due to new covid-19 policy for safe distancing. The person had to wait in the fitting room exit area. New way to shop now -- rooms have to be sanitized before customers can use, and alternate rooms to be used. That was why the staff had to be there to let customers know which room to use. When my friend asked the younger staff about the pants I bought online previously, the staff had no idea what my friend was talking about. I tried to show her the item I bought from my order confirmation but the staff totally ignored that. Instead she just showed all the similar styles available based on the description my friend gave. I wanted to get another pair of capris as a back up to the current one I owned as it was really comfortable. I tried the one I saw on the rack but it felt different. So I showed and asked another staff where to get it. I was pointed to the same rack where I tried the capris. I just do not understand why the staff does not really take the time to really look at the SKU of the item and find it for customer. Other store's staff will do that and not here. When I got home and tried on my existing capris, I finally know what was the difference. The one in store which I tried was petite, what I bought was regular. So I have to go back to Reitmans (another store) to buy it now that I know what to look for.

I went to Reitmans Coquitlam Centre, the store…read morewas beautiful and well stocked but more importantly the staff who worked there were so amazing! I had agreat time in the fitting room and tried on some great peices that the salesperson recommended. It was like I was shopping with my girlfriend and didn't feel the pressure of sales, Honest opinion, and fast service. I will definitely go back!
