They are really friendly and nice and make you feel perfectly comfortable and at ease, give you time to pick out your jewelry and make your decision. Because of the pandemic, you have to go alone and wear a mask, and they aren't letting you do piercings that require you to take off your mask right now. You also have to make appointments, which you can do online and then pay the piercing fee online, basically like a deposit. They do accept debit/credit cards. I made my appointment with Tommy. Really great experience. He was helpful and made me feel at ease and unpressured. He made sure I was happy with every step of the process before proceeding.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My piercing is healing really well so far, and I'm happy with the results. The only downside was at checkout. A $20 cleaning solution was added to my purchase without asking if I wanted it first. I would have appreciated being given the option before it was included. I was a little setback because I knew I wasn't going to some mall to get her ears pierced. I wanted to be somewhere that was focused on care and cleanliness. I found Rowan on magazine and it was everything and a little bit more. The fact that you had registered nurses to help you through the entire process. Along with a a bright airy open space, real gold earrings to start with. This place was checking off a lot of my wish list so I set the appointment. A surprising extra, the team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have later on in the healing process. You get a cleaning spray and a little bag of goodies and I mean what more could a over obsessive mother ask for. A definite 100 in my book. At first he seemed fine, if gruff and not all that friendly. He the proceeded to give me both the worst tattoo and worst tattooing experience of my life. I am a heavily tattooed person - I have a full back piece and my hands and stomach tattooed - and the tattooed he put on my inner arm hurt more than any other tattoo I've gotten. It was almost as if he was enjoying causing me pain. When I winced he made mocking comments about my other tattoos being "fine line" no knowing that I have traditional tattoos other places on my body. And the tattoo itself is the worst applied one I've ever gotten. It's completely blow out and looks like I've had it for 100 years. I cannot recommend anyone get tattooed here.
