I had a very disappointing experience at Clover Nails and Spa in Slidell today. I came in for my…read moreappointment expecting to relax and get pampered for my birthday. I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

I gave them a try today and I will be back they have a new…read moreclient with me . they were very detailed and knowledgeable about design and even something as simple as reg to nail polish. they had a wall filled with any color you can dream of . very friendly and even came with a cup of drink of choice like (sangria ,white or red wine) chair where comfortable and since they are only a week old everything was more than clean and ready to use . I use in and out with a great spa experience . They are offering 10% off until next month . Let them know my review is what sent you in .
