BEWARE OF TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The sales team, especially Donna, overpromised and underdelivered. I have written documentation from Donna stating that delivery is generally 1-4 business days from the first available delivery date. That was completely inconsistent with our experience. It has now been over 8 days, and the dispatch team still cannot tell us where our belongings are or when they will arrive. Every call with dispatch is the same. Jade and Nicole speak like robots, repeating, "I don't have any information to provide. When I have information, I'll provide it." No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to investigate or escalate the issue. They simply repeat the same scripted response while customers are left without their entire household. It appears the company relies on a single driver and truck, and when that driver is delayed, no one has any answers. You're simply expected to wait indefinitely. The biggest problem is the disconnect between sales and operations. Donna made promises that the dispatch and delivery teams clearly could not deliver on. Once your belongings are on their truck, you're completely at their mercy. Beware before trusting this company with everything you own. Our experience was one of broken promises, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend choosing a moving company that is honest, transparent, and capable of delivering on the commitments it makes.
Michael and his crew-Israel and Robert A communicated before and during the move with us. They arrived early and went right to work. They were pleasant, friendly, honest and helpful. They took the time to wrap our furniture and pack a 65" inch T.V. They demonstrated professionalism and provided personalized service. They cared for our items as if it was their own. They never complained even though they were not aware they had to make an additional stop at my storage unit to move my items and furniture out of it. I wish I would've used them before for three of my previous moves. I definitely recommend this moving company to everyone who is going to move. Thank you Triple 7 Movers! We will use you again.
I typically don't write bad reviews as I often extend grace and give people/businesses second chances. I hired Triple 7 Movers for a move (2 miles away and 15 minutes drive) on 12/22/2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After the move, I discovered that one full box of my belongings never arrived at my home. The missing items included expensive alcohol, medical supplements, imported beverages - coffee, tea, cake mixes, oatmeal, and snacks -- all of which were packed before the movers arrived. Total estimated loss $400. When I called the company (to speak with Jade who requested my feedback) to report the missing box, I spoke with a woman named Nicole instead as Jade was off that day. The conversation was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to investigate, she immediately became defensive and repeatedly told me she was "offended" by my concerns. She insisted her employees of 30-years work history "would never" take anything, even though one of the movers told me he was new to the company. She did not take a report, did not ask for details, and did not offer any solutions. Her only suggestion was that I "call the police." She was rude and instead of offering empathy, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, she responded with hostility and defensiveness. Her refusal to acknowledge even the possibility of an error or misconduct was dismissive and unprofessional. The fact remains: my box is missing. Whether the truck arrived at the warehouse empty is irrelevant -- anything could have happened during transport. No one is perfect, and mistakes or poor decisions can happen. Her unwillingness to consider that reality made the entire conversation unnecessarily combative. Instead of helping me find a solution, she focused on defending herself and her staff, forcing me to justify why I was even calling. She suggested I contact the police to file a report, and I intend to follow up on that. I also left a detailed voicemail for Michael, the person who originally booked my move and assured me the company was trustworthy. He never returned my call. I paid more to hire Triple 7 Movers because I expected professionalism and reliability. Instead, I was met with missing property, dismissive treatment, and zero accountability. I am now filing a police report to document the missing items as suggested. There were three movers on my job, with Jose as the lead. While I cannot say who was responsible for the missing box, the actions of someone and Nicole have unfortunately damaged the reputation for 777 movers. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the company's integrity, customer service, and internal processes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no customer should be treated the way I was. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value your belongings and expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend choosing another moving company.
I was really looking forward to using this company after receiving my estimate, especially because I was assured there would be no hidden fees after speaking with Michael. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up being charged almost $200 in additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. I was also encouraged to pay in cash to avoid a 4% credit card fee. I chose to pay in cash, only to be told by the driver, Antonio, that I owed $60 more than what appeared on the official Bill of Lading, which I didn't even receive until two days later. Because the payment was in cash, there is no record of this extra amount, and it felt like the crew may have added the charge for their own benefit. While the loading process went smoothly and quickly, the unloading experience was extremely disappointing. Items were placed in my storage unit with no order at all, things were essentially thrown in without any thought or organization, making the unit difficult to access and creating potential for damage. I attempted to address all of these issues with Margaret in customer service, both over the phone and in writing, multiple times. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any meaningful resolution due to the company refusing. Overall, my experience was frustrating and far from what was promised. I would strongly encourage others to get everything in writing, be cautious with cash payments, and consider other companies that stand behind their service.

Don't use this service because their practices are deceptive. They told me that they had openings in the morning on the day of my move. I asked for the arrival time and Jennifer said between 8-9 am. She said they'd call me the day before move day to give a better arrival window. SHE NEVER told me that my actual arrival window at the time of booking was from 8 am - 4 pm and they would determine a 4 hour window the day before my move. I was contacted at 3 pm the day before my move and told sorry they no longer had morning arrival windows because they gave them to other customers. What?? Jessica and Nicole were both arrogant and deceptive because they accused me of not understanding how they operate. They also admitted they had booked too many moves on my move day as if I was supposed to be understanding. They thought it would comfort me to know that 3 or 4 other customers also wanted the morning and they didn't get it either. Is this a lottery? Deceptive and simply the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Beware. There are many other options and I found one at the last minute thank goodness. read more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MOVING COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. It took an entire month to get our belongings. I was told it would be around two weeks. Communication during the month long wait was non existent unless you reach out for updates. Few things broken including a 65in TV. Claims process is a joke, they will do everything to not pay the money out, even if it's $60. Make sure to pay for extra insurance. I would not hire them again. OH. My belongings were delivered by United which means Triple 7 is not a full service moving company. Your stuff will be transferred to another company and be delivered by another moving company. read more

This moving company is terrible. My "glass half full" belief is that they are just incompetent. A more realistic take is that they are dishonest, intentionally providing quotes they know to be inaccurate and then jacking up the price after items are loaded on the truck. A moving company has a few things they need to do: Quote, pack, deliver. I had issues on all three. **Quote** I received a quote of $2,609.60, I ended up paying $6,000.46. They were off by 130%. Triple 7 will say this is because the volume estimate was wrong. This is correct, but they came up with the volume estimate after asking me "how much stuff do you have?" No video walk through or anything. Keep in mind, I told them the square footage of my apartment and I didn't have heavy furniture like a bed or mattress. None the less, their quote was off by more than 2x. I think this was intentional. Because after doing this they were able to increase every cost by 130%. Packing, delivery, shuttle service (which was literally a uhaul). When the foreman arrive on the premise, I asked him, "Do you think your volume estimate is correct." He said, "Yes, you don't have that much stuff." After all of the stuff was loaded on the truck, he let me know the estimate was off by more than 2x. At this point everything was packed and on the truck. There was nothing I could do. It's an effective cash grab. I'm sure Triple7 will say this is my fault. Many have filed complaints with the BBB, and Triple7 always blames the consumer (https://www.bbb.org/us/nv/las-vegas/profile/moving-companies/triple-7-movers-1086-79571/complaints). **Delivery** Triple7 gives a 2-day window for pickup. This is super inconvenient, and unique to Triple7. Delivery is worse. They give a window between 2-30 days. When a mover has all of your stuff, I don't know how you are supposed to plan around this. Even worse, they are not forthright about how much notice you will receive prior to delivery. So you have to be ready to drop everything for them on 24 hours notice during that entire window. For me this ended up being +2 weeks. Towards the end of the first week they said they would deliver the next week. When I called the next week they said it'll be the next. When they arrived in a Uhaul, it was clear that they did not care about my stuff. See the picture below. My bike was just tossed on the pile, a lamp shade cracked, and the TV stored upside down. They also gave me one last surprise fee. Included in my quote was 1 flight of stairs. I live on the second floor, but triple 7 considers a flight of stairs 10 stairs. Another $75 out of my pocket that wasn't in the original quote. **Packing** Everything from the kitchen was packed super well. All of the people doing the packing were very nice. However, when I opened the boxes that were not packed in the kitchen it was clear that they assembled the biggest boxes they could and just tossed everything in. Even fragile decor pieces were tossed in boxes with no padding. Needless to say, I have many broken items. The packing service is advertised as "white glove," it certainly is for the kitchen. Not for everything else, beware. **Overall** Needless to say, I don't recommend this moving company. As soon as they had my stuff and deposit they stopped being friendly. Regulations give them up to a month to deliver. These regulation are written as the longest a moving company can take before the customer can take legal action. Triple7 interprets this as a reasonable delivery window, they told me this multiple times. read more

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE :( If I could leave zero stars I would. SEE IMAGES Yesterday I received a truck load of damaged and/or destroyed furniture. To make matters worse, it's the lack of care from the team. No one takes accountability. Management will not get on the phone. I was in shock. My daughter's furniture took the worse hit. You can see NO CARE was taken in shipment of my belongings. Unfortunately, the company had already demonstrated a few red flags. on moving day the price was increased by 70% / $1400 and no one was available to discuss. I was offered an estimate including my 2 beds, at pick up the 2 items turned into 10 total items and $$$ increased big! the card reader wasn't working day of pick up - told me pay cash only at delivery. Before delivery in CA it took 7 emails, 4 phone calls to get a manager to discuss $ increase. On delivery, they want cash upfront before you see your furniture. (Fine Bc I expected it to be good to go) AFTER broken furniture delivered, I said "I'm uncomfortable paying and I want to talk to someone" the mover "no one available" kept the money Next day ~ it's been 6 hours since I called and sent photos, management won't get on the phone with me. No word from them. I've been offered a link to file an insurance claim with 3rd party company but this will take time. Meanwhile, we have shattered glass items and damaged furniture in each room until this happens DO NOT HIRE. If they take responsibility, I will update that here. read more

Triple 7 moved us from Vegas to Missouri... I left a 5 star review for Vegas team. I know it's a long move and they try to pack as tightly as possible, but it resulted in what I feel was careless damages. Dresser edges broken off, scratches on nightstands, deep giant scratches on patio table and numerous crushed boxes (marked fragile) with broken items inside. I did not opt for insurance which was outrageously priced so I did not bother complaining. Crews on both ends of the move were excellent, polite, helpful, etc. overall they got us moved in the time expected and the agreed upon price. read more

My experience was with Midwestern Movers out of Ohio, this company and MM are owned by the same people. Unfortunately both companies have terrible customer service in regards to any attempts to speak with management. I hired this company towards the end of January, they had a deadline of 2/24 to deliver my belongings. On 2/6/23 I received a calling saying my belongings were loaded up and out for delivery and that I'd have them in 10 days. On 2/10 I learned the truck was broken down and they were waiting on a part. On 2/13 I learned there was still no response from the driver and it would be escalated to a manager if there was no resolve that day. Following 2/13 I called multiple times and was purposely ignored (they have caller ID). When I politely asked to speak to a manager I was questioned as to why. When I asked what the company was going to do to make it right, I was reminded they were still within contract. Attempts to contact the Ohio office were unsuccessful. I eventually did some digging and learned they own a Nevada company also. On 2/23 (the day before they were contractually expected to deliver my belongings) I called the Las Vegas office because I still had NO ETA. Through that office I was able to learn it would be another 5-7 days. The delivery was finally made on 2/27, which is where I learned from the driver that the dispatch knew his truck was broken down before he even left the dock. I was lied to and ignored. My belongings were mishandled and some were damaged. I was also overcharged. One box that is clearly labeled as medium was charged as a large. I was charged twice for one box. Unfortunately I've not been able to communicate that because a manager will not take the time to return my phone call despite my patient attempts. For being a "family owned and operated company," they lack values and customer service integrity. Despite being warned about brokers and their "bait and switch," this company pulled a similar stunt by not including all the items I listed on the inventory. My cost was over $1000 more on the day of. The team that showed up to disassemble and load my belongs up were great. The team that arrived to unload and reassemble everything were also good. Daisy in Customer Service in their Las Vegas based moving company (same owners) is great. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Aside from the three good interactions, every other person I interacted with was terrible. They simply DO NOT care about the customer. Save yourself the hassle and rent a UHaul and simply pay a team to help load and unload. read more

Sad i can only give 5 stars. THE BEST Moving experience EVER!!!!!! Prompt. Efficient. Professional. Courteous. Words dont adequately convey the amazing service provided. I hate moving, but Triple 7s made it easy. From exquisite cuatomer service through outstanding movers. The verbiage in the paperwork was a little 6 it's all worst-case scenario, and believe me, this was not even close to any worst-case scenario. It's so refreshing for me to have such a pleasant experience to yelp about as most places dont even come close to what's promised. Triple 7s exceeded our expectations. Thank you. read more
