He was extremely knowledgeable about our new off-road vehicle on the lot, from engine specs to suspension setups. What he didn't know he said he would ask because he was still new on job. . He answered all my husband's questions, listened to what we wanted, and never tried to "change the subject" (very focused). His honesty and enthusiasm made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Brett was great from the financing department. Very friendly. Then there was James aka Santa for the day, he is in the parts department. Great personality and assured us that if we needed anything to call and he would take care of our needs. There were two other employees (I did not get their names). I believe one was James wife. I would love to give this place a negative rating owner not a man of his word service department is horrible Dropped my machine off November 16th 2018 and as of 04-12-19 have not got it back fixed, ended up taking to a different company to get it finished. Triple S should be proud to call Andrea an employee of theirs. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. We purchased a brand new Polaris General last year and have had issues with it almost since we got it. We are from Vegas and we went to one of the few places in town that work on side by sides and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Triple S installed a few things for us (back seat bench, street legal kit, etc) when we first got the machine last year so we naturally thought going to them to help us diagnose the problem would be our next option. So we made the drive to cedar city and dropped off our machine on one of our vacation trips up to Panguitch lake. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately but Andrea made sure to truly help us get the best deal, she made sure all our regular service was up to date, she made sure to have it done in a beyond speedy time to make sure we had it for our long vacation, AND, when she found out we weren't going to be able to pick it up before closing time, she made arrangements to allow us to pick up our General after closing time. WOW is all I can say. I have never met an employee to go so above and beyond for their customer. Needless to say, we won't let anyone else ever work on our machine except for Triple S. I've been to this dealership several times because I've been contemplating making a big purchase. I'll start with the customer service: I have spoken with several representatives and each time I visit with someone new, I never ever feel pushed or rushed to make a purchase. I'm very indecisive with which machine I want to purchase but I've never once felt pushed into anything. I know they want me to purchase one because of commission, but it feels as though each rep has been trained to treat the customer with the utmost respect! Job well done!!! Location: I always felt whenever going into to the old location, that it was very crammed and not easy to maneuver. Since they moved to their new location, it's so incredible how wide open the sales floor is. I love the layout! It feels that several hundred people could be there at the same time and we would still have a lot of room to shop. Cost: Although I've not yet made a BIG purchase, I've made several small purchases for my outdoor adventures. I wouldn't call myself an expert, but every time I purchase, I never feel taken for granted. Sooooo often when I go to dealerships I feel like ownership raises prices for their own profit. I've never felt that at Triple S. Ownership: I had the privilege of meeting the new ownership when I attended the grand opening a year ago. Colton and Whitney are astounding people! Colton is the most down-to-earth person I've ever met. I've always felt like he cares about me whenever he sees me. He will come out of his way to shake to my hand. Whitney always has a smile on her face. She is excellent with customers. While on my last visit, I was visiting with Colton and out of nowhere, Whitney, while holding a baby, came out of the back office and greeted me. Keep in mind, I've never made a purchase for a machine, yet they BOTH treat me like their biggest and best customer. This is the OWNERSHIP!!! They are the exact right people for this job! The left rear axle blew on our Ranger. It took Tripple S a month to pick it up. It took them another month to fix it. We bought it from them 3 years ago. They delivered it to us with half the roof ripped off! when my husband asked him where the roof was the guy said "what roof". What? What? What? My husband told him we need the roof because we want to sell it. Guy says "you can sell it without the roof"! What? What? What? Doesn't give me ANY confidence that they'll fix the roof. I'd caution anyone doing business with them. UPDATE: They came out and replaced the roof this afternoon so they did make it right. What a bizarre experience. read more

I purchased a new Polaris RZR X-1000 with all the bells & whistles from Triple S Polaris for $26,000 in December 2020. Within a few days the engine warning light came on and stayed on. I called the dealership and ask for an appointment to have this checked out and was told they couldn't get to it for several weeks. Because we needed to return to our home in Indiana, I asked if I could have the engine light warning examined when we returned to our cabin later in the Spring and was told that would be fine. However, each time we returned to our cabin this past year we were told that they could not repair the problem for another several weeks and to try again later. Finally, this December when we came out again, we were told the warranty has expired and they could no longer examine the cause of the warning light. I find this behavior to be totally unethical and would warn any future customer not to do business with triple S Polaris. read more

I dropped my bike off in June of 2021. We did not get our bike fixed until March 17th 2022, they had the bike for 10 months. I will never use this shop again we continuously got excuses they ordered the parts then they had to order other parts cuz when they tore it down they didn't tear it all the way down which they charged me $500 for . In the beginning when we checked on the bike after months we were told the guy was on vacation, then the guy had covid and they couldn't let any other mechanic do it because he had already tore it apart it was all b*******. Then when they finally told us it was ready after 10 months we went to pick the bike up and guess what it wouldn't start! We settled on a price of $3,800 and when we picked it up they charged us $4,200 and something. Big fat rip off!.stay away from this shop.. bottom line if it had been torn down like they said it had been all parts would have been ordered at one time. read more

I have used Triple S Polaris and was always happy with the service, until last year. We had a check engine light come on and the machine was acting funny. We drove an hour to drop it off and found out the guy we have always dealt with no longer a works there and the place was under new ownership. The service department did diagnostic testing and the called and told us our motor was blown. We had a motor replaced a year prior and we didn't feel that was the problem so we took it to another shop and it ended up being throttle bushings. I called 1-2 times a week and spoke to Dan and he asked for the pressure numbers from the shop and the repairs. All of this was provided and I asked for a refund for the error on the diagnostic testing. We went back and forth between phone calls and emails and finally Dan told me that he was waiting on the owner and he couldn't do anything at this point for me. I again called and left several messages for the owner with no response. I now have called customer service for Polaris to file a customer complaint due to the lack of follow thru with the owner. I feel bad that I can no longer trust this place anymore and I will NEVER go back. Please anyone that is thinking of going here for service DON'T do it. I would go to Fillmore and sad to say but St. George Polaris dealer is even better. I really hope they change things at this Cedar dealer because it was a horrible experience. read more
