I am a big fan of chorizo and well I am also a big fan of queso, but had never had them together. Their burgers are incredible and the service is fantastic. My favorite burger that I've had from Camel City is a take on Ben's Pimento Burger. You simply go up and say "I'd like the Ben's Pimento Burger 'Ben's Way'." Chances are you will be speaking to Ben himself, so there won't be any issues on him understanding you. Ben's way is the normal Ben's Pimento Burger, but instead of using the regular brioche bun they use a grilled pimento cheese sandwich as the top bun and a grilled pimento cheese sandwich as the bottom bun. Ben's way isn't for those who have heart problems or even who are worried about heart problems, but for the rest of you it is delicious! The pimento cheese is incredible here. It is chipotle pimento and is a great amount of spice. After eating this burger Ben's way, I immediately crashed and took a 3 hour nap. Clear your schedules people. It is totally worth it though. For a day when you can't take a 3 hour nap, their other burgers are delicious as well. The second best option, in my opinion, is the PBB&J Burger. This is a burger with homemade peanut butter, red pepper jelly, and bacon. This may seem like an odd combo of ingredients, but they seriously come together perfectly. I think that I could just sit around all day dipping that bacon in the pepper jelly. I haven't tried many of their sides, but I would recommend the Southern Style Potato Salad. The food here is creative, inspired, and delicious. The service is seriously some of the best that I've experienced from a food truck. They seem to have a system down. I've seen them serve dozens of hungry patrons quickly and with a smile. The owner of the truck, Ben, seems like a genuine guy and seems to sincerely enjoy what he does. Plus, he's a Tar Heel which is reason enough to support him. Do yourself a favor and figure out where Camel City Grill is going to roll up to next and make sure you are there.

I split this with my wife and we were both full after the meal. Definitely high-quality meat. Great taste and texture. I would give it 5 stars except for the price. $20 for a cheesesteak and fries is pricey, especially in Mocksville. I know prices are up everywhere. I know operating a food truck isn't cheap. Inside the building you order at the counter for any of the restaurants advertised on the exterior of the building which includes this one. In contrast to other reviews, yes, there are drinks on site available. It's just a separate order. Beers, sodas, water, etc., all available. The burger? We both got the Slowpoke smashee. Double burger with cheese and the slightly perfectly crunchy edges of beef, pickles that zing, a sauce that just makes it all MELT in your mouth, and the fries which are literally the PERFECT crisp! On man! They are seasoned well, and fried perfectly. The burger was a bit greasy as expected and the perfect blend of seasoned beef, toasted brioche bun, sautéed onions that are delicious and perfectly sautéed, and that melted real cheese and sauce. It was so good my boyfriend ate his and ordered another one of course he had a stomach ache after, but yes, he devoured two doubles. It was that tasty. My pictures do it absolutely no justice because we dove in before I took them so they look a mess. It came looking much better than these photos of burgers we had already tore into from the excitement from reading the reviews. Service was great at the counter. Friendly.
