This is the best car wash to go to in Tulsa. Hands-down. I'm not talking just about their equipment, no. Their equipment is top notch. Don't get me wrong, The washer works great, the dryer works great, all the vacuums typically work great. But their customer service is truly without bounds. They always greeted with a smile. And if you ever have any issue whatsoever they are absolutely on top of it, making it right, no matter what. Love this place. I had a big week this week and knew I was going to be transporting some VIPs around town so I invested the time into a carwash. I spotted Triple Play and saw I wouldn't have to get out of my car while it went through the wash (I think singing at the top of your lungs to your favorite song while going through a carwash is really, really fun.) The credit card machine was taking some time to process at the front window (maybe 30 seconds) so whom I assume was the manager apologized and gave me a free wash! I offered to pay cash, but he assured me it was ok and apologized again for the wait. Talk about customer service! The one wash left my car spotless (keep in mind I haven't washed it in 6 months). I went to the vacuum station to do some interior work -the vacuum suction wasn't super strong but, it just might have been my station. They told me my vehicle was compromised before I came into their wash.. I came to them Sunday night bought a monthly pass ran thru it and came out with my trim ate all up and bent backwards. I put in a repot and called the guy and he said he reviews the video . He said my vehicle was compromised when I got there saying my my trim molding was loose as it was not.. I have proof. I created this account so I can give a presence on pages like this to business that does it right. Also considering that so many people like to complain before they compliment I think it is important that when things go right, or in my case, go wrong then right it is important to give a voice to that. Recently Triple Play opened an new location on Peoria (Brookside), I was very excited about this because I have been going weekly to the Tulsa Hills location since 2010. On the day in question I was in my wife's Honda so the new location more than likely had no idea I was a weekly customer, this will be important later. As happens with all new businesses the first few days are surely going to have some quirks to work out, add the complexity of a tunnel carwash and those quirks go up exponentially I'm sure. As I was waiting in line for my car wash something inside broke I was informed that the wash was shut down and given an apology. This is no big deal to me, I will simply come back later. Well unfortunately while I was in line a traffic control device was erected behind me to prevent other cars from entering, I proceeded to back up striking this device and in the process destroying the device and damaging my car. The manager (Brian) was I'm sure frustrated with the broken wash, the stress of opening a new location and now had a damaged car on his hands. I was directed to fill out a damage report and someone would get back with me in a few days. True to their word, I was contacted in a few days and directed to a body shop to repair damage. The damage was professionally repaired as if nothing happened and it was all handled quickly and graciously with them probably never knowing that I am a weekly customer for 4 years. Obviously nobody is ever happy when things go wrong but they sometimes do and the only thing you can wish for to make it right was the type of service I got from TP. To the product itself, I go there for a reason. It cleans better than anything in town. You don't get what you pay for - I ordered their top package which was suppose to come with the rainbow stuff (I think it said like "lava Bath" ) clear coat rinse and spot free rinse and I didn't receive any of that- it's obvious when you don't get unicorn foam pouring into your car- but when I was driving through the spot free rinse at the ends I realized nothing was even coming out and spraying on my car! So disappointing because this is right by my work- I called on 2 occasions to talk with a manager and was told I would get a call back and never have - just gave up $12 isn't worth all that trouble read more

I am sitting here wondering why I bought the yearly membership. The car wash was closed Friday both locations at 8:00 am I returned at 3:00 still closed at TULSA Hills. This is the 4th weekend out of 11 months of my membership they are closed and many times during the week. They lure you in to a membership "open daily" and then they are closed down for emergency repairs, death in the family, replacing this that or the other. Holidays etc. Any excuse. Avoid the annual or monthly memberships. The other problem is the premium car wash works only 1/3 of the times I have used it. And half the time the wash fails to rinse the soap. Poorly run company. Starting to have my doubts. This at one time was one of the best car Washes in th Tulsa area. Something has changed. My wife brought her vehicle home last week and wanted me to take look at it as the back of the vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) hardly looked like it had been washed at all. I put it off to just a bad day at the Wash. This Sunday I took my car to though facility front and sides look good until I got to its back and it did the same on my car, looks like it missed the rear of the car almost completely. I found this hard to believe since the brushes are suppose to wrap around the back of the vehicle and clean the trunk area. Terrible experience and service at Triple Play Express Car Wash. To start, the attendant at the window was rude and dismissive - she spoke under her breath with the window half open and when asked for clarification, she rolled her eyes and repeated herself with a scorned facial expression. She then went on to snatch my card when I handed it to her and charged me $7 instead of $5. I proceeded to let it go and start my car wash, which turned out to be a half wash at best. The dryer turned off half way through the finishing process. When I got out of tunnel, my car was dirtier than when I entered and the still completely wet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. There are far better places in Tulsa with better service and prices - not this excuse for a "car wash". read more

It doesn't do much good when it won't even dry your car. Went there today and spent 12.00 and left with a spotty (water drops) car and tires had no shine or dressing. Don't bother wasting your money. I should add: These types of washes get your car really clean but at the expense of swirl marks or long scratches. You'll notice it more on dark vehicles. If you're car has a really good wax and protectant you'll be ok for a few washes but that's about it. read more

This is a great car wash with even better customer service. The attendant went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He stopped the machine to make sure areas of my car were clean, and he even made sure a flap that was loose under my car was secured before I left. He didn't want me driving down the road and it fall off. He was extremely kind and helpful, so I will definitely be coming back to this car wash. read more

Alright, I admit I'm a sucker for the throwback memory of being a kid and riding through the carwash, mesmerized by all the crazy mops and jets and soapy sloshes across the front windshield of my mom's Volvo. And I always take a trip down memory lane when I'm getting the car cleaned at Triple Play Express Car Wash. Here's what I like about this car wash - Location, always have a reason to go to Tulsa Hills - Speed, you can get in and out of here very quickly - Price, reasonably priced car wash, nothing out of whack with reality - Smell, the soap smells really good! A weird thing to note, I know, but you leave smelling a little more pleasant Areas for improvement (that is the nice way of saying "Here's what I don't like about this car wash"): - Automated system - I bought the monthly, unlimited car wash package for $30/month. If I go 4 times per month, then it's worth it for this package. They put a sticker on your car so the gate should open automatically when you pull up. Problem is, this NEVER works. Not one time has my sticker actually scanned - an attendant always has to come out and use their key card to get me into the car wash. - Streaks - an automatic car wash is always a little lower quality than a hand detailed car wash like at Rocket Lube on Peoria. The automatic dryer doesn't always get everything and I'll sometimes get streaks on my windows after the car wash - Inside of car cleanliness - When it's so nice and convenient to stay in your car for the car wash, you don't want to use the vacuum coupon and delay the rest of your day! I never clean the inside of my car because it's an "add on" to the car wash experience at Triple Play. This is more me being lazy but if you always want the inside of your car cleaned, you may want to consider a full service car wash. Overall, Triple Play does a good job for the money. It's quick, easy, and the monthly package encourages me to clean my car more often. I'm happy this place opened up and I'm sure they'll get their automated system working smoothly soon - wink wink. I gave this car wash a try when they first opened a few years ago, wasn't impressed so I thought I would try it again today, still not impressed. Spent $13 only to have a half dirty car when finished. I keep my vehicles extremely clean, we had a couple of days of light rain this week so I thought it would get the light grime and dirt off but it didn't. My wheels looked worse than when I went through the car wash and my back glass (I drive a 2015 Lexus RX) was still very dirty along with the area around where my license tag is and the bottom of back side of vehicle, just several places in general that it did not clean at all. The vacuums are not nearly as strong as what they should be either. I recommend saving your money. read more

My Wife's 2019 brand new car was scratched down the whole right side. We filled out a damaged report with the GM, Cody. Cody told my wife he would call the following Tuesday. I have called and left messages and gotten the run around for over 2 weeks now. The owners are out of town at this time I am told. I have had at least a dozen or more trips to this location so I will tell you about my experience.I can tell you that I am a much bigger fan of this car wash now than I was months ago. Let's start off with the review of the car wash. For my two cars (sedan and SUV) the car wash does a pretty good job. Both of our cars get as clean as you can possibly expect from a drive through wash. I would say that this car wash is one of the better ones I have used based on how clean my two vehicles are when I leave. It does a good job of cleaning the tires on the way out as well. My one area of criticism would be the drying fans. Depending on what vehicle you have, it isn't guaranteed that all the water will be removed. If you choose to drive away and get on the highway, you can almost certainly expect streaks. I have learned to keep a towel in the back and dry the part of my SUV that seems to never be dry enough. I have been through other car washes that dry better than this one, but on the other hand they didn't clean better than this one. The vaccums: a couple of months ago I would have said that they were terrible. Even though the vacuum was included at no cost with the wash, anyone would have expected it to work better and stay on longer than it did. My real frustration with the vacuum was realized the day that I put enough quarters in it to last more than 10 minutes (according to the display) and the vacuum shut off at just over 4 minutes. I thought this was odd so I tested it again and found out that no matter how much money you put in it, it always shut off right at 4:20. I noticed that the sign said that you get 4:20 for a dollar. I certainly expected that the timer was capable of counting the number of dollars and doing the simple math. I found out later on that my assumption was wrong. I spoke to the manager that day and he was apologetic but at the time didn't have any answer as to why the timers worked the way they did. He admitted that the vacuums were free and were not really something that they paid a lot of attention to. He went on to say that he did get a lot of complaints from customers about the vacuums but because they were free, it didn't warrant any serious consideration. I drove away from the car wash that day and had little hope that the manager would do anything about it. I found out a week later that I was wrong. I went back to the carwash a week or two later and the manager recognized me and asked to talk to me about our previous conversation. He was apologetic for not having done enough to ensure my satisfaction the day of my last visit. He also went on to say that he had coordinated with the owner of the carwash that all the vacuums be replaced with better units and completely differnet timing mechanisms. I used the vacuum that day (for free corteosy) of the manager and was completely satisfied with the quality of the vacuum and the overall experience. The point of my review is to tell you that this is a carwash that really tries to satisfy its customers. Yes there are a bunch of teens working there and we typically don't expect world class customer service from them. Despite that, I can say that I have never had anything less than a good experience from the young people that work there. The manager really does care and I believe that based on my personal experience in dealing with him. I get the sense that he wants his customers to feel like they are getting the best possible value in town for an automatic car wash. I never expected him to follow through with his promises nor to hear from him again. Don't forget the fact that he sought me out, not the other way around. If you are looking for the best possible car wash in town you need to go get a hand wash. If you are looking for a very good wash that takes very little time and won't break your wallet, Triple Play Express in Tulsa Hills is a good bet. read more

I've had much better customer service elsewhere. I renewed my Monthly Wash Club first week of August, Today the 15th the system indicated I hadn't renewed. After much discussion and description of who took my renewal the attendant admitted they had some problems with that employee. Rather than be accommodating they said there was nothing they could do for me today, insinuating I would have to pay if I wanted a wash all this time others waiting in line behind me. After all this time he stated I would need a bank or credit card statement or receipt to get what I had already paid for. Luckily I thought to pull up my banking app and showed where I had paid. We went through this car wash yesterday afternoon and the running boards hung up on the last station. Our truck (Ford Platinum) was hung up causing the car behind us to ram into our trailer hitch (causing damage to their car) and eventually ripped the running board from the frame of our truck. We immediately notified the attendant and he ran in the car wash and carried our running board out to us! Both us and the car that was behind us waited for the attendant to view the video. He said the video showed it was the fault of the car wash, an attendant was supposed to be at that station to stop the system and admitted there was not one there. He had us (and the car that was pushed into us) complete an incident report and expect a call from the manager. We drove back by shortly after and an attendant was standing at that station! The manager just called and they are NOT accepting responsibility and therefore not paying for damages! We will see them in court! It makes me sick that we have to be without a vehicle while in a shop and have to pay for the damages! My Monday morning will be spent hiring an attorney! read more
