Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. When I rejected this estimate, Sean Griffith, the owner, asked me if I would like the bushes and front lawn trimmed. Although he did not give me an estimate and although I had cut the lawn and cleaned the leaves 2 weeks prior, I told him "OK" since I knew much work was not involved and it should not be expensive. I was shocked to receive his invoice for $750! If I had my other landscaper do the work, he would have charged me no more than $100. When I disputed his invoice, Mr. Griffith told me he had to make 4 trips to the dump which cannot be true. When I did not pay the bill, he sent it to the owner which was improper since I was the one who hired him--not the owner!
