Once the roof was put on correctly, it seemed only appropriate that they put me in touch with an A+ Painter to fix their mistakes. Taylor, who owns the business, was personable, professional, and very communicative. Although he was hired by the roofer, he was unbiased in his judgment and always wanted to do the right by the consumer, even when it meant potentially losing the job when he had to inform the roofer that there was no way a simple patch job would hide the damage done and the entire ceiling and connected areas would need to be repainted to match and blend in without looking like crap. At the end of the day, I couldn't have been happier with Taylor, and he assured me that if at any point I was unhappy with his work, he would return. He also moonlights as a competent exterminator. While he was here, he caught the biggest huntsman spider I have ever seen in my life and removed it from my house. It was as big as my hand! I thought I was going to have to call the police. This man is not just a painter - he's a hero.

As a kid, I was always particularly good at the preschool clean up game. With every ring I hooped…read morearound my toddler arm, I sung along to the clean up song. Once the chest was filled with planes, trains, dolls and the mean kid's shoes, I'd relish in all the tidy fun. These days aren't too different from pre-k. I can be found helping Yelp CM's picking up party plates, half-eaten cupcakes, beer bottles, wet napkins and all sorts of otherworldly remains from good times had. This past weekend, Orlando happened to experience monsoon-like conditions during the largest outdoor Yelp event and with the buckets of rain came trash bins over-flooding with composted debris. That's right, soggy half-eaten cupcakes, mushy ground beef, soaked tortillas, sponge-like popcorn and then some. Needless to say, trash duty was the last thing I wanted to deal with. So, I scoured the web for some brave soul to redeem the Yelp team from such a gross chore. I found Paul, owner of 1-888-CleanUp, and he sent his team right over. They pulled up along the street with heavy duty trucks and proceeded to haul our foul remains into the bed of their massive rig. Within 20 minutes, the whole street was tidied up and our paws were salvaged. 5 stars for coming through within a moment's notice and keeping the streets clean!

Greetings Mr. Karas,…read more This email is in reference to the work crew of three that just finished the tree removal job at my house at the above subject address. The reason I chose your company over others is because of your more than reasonable prices, and you got a crew out the same day I called. This is the first and only email I've ever sent to comment on a business work crew. However, I feel that this is information you should know. Your crew arrived with all their equipment very shortly after my call to you. I watched them from a safe distance not expecting to be so absolutely impressed. Their every move worked in sync with one another with very deliberate cautious steps throughout the entire procedure. They piece by piece carved away chunks of the enormous tree as smooth as clockwork. If you've never watched this crew of three work together, it's amazing. This morning I looked at that tree hating it for the damage it was causing my deck roof, the deck itself, also, my fence and yard. Now, as I look at that area, all there is to look at is smoothed over land! I'm amazed that your three man crew accomplished so much in just a couple hours which should have been expected to take at least a couple days. Your company, and specifically the three man work crew that removed that tree performed a miracle for me which I will be eternally grateful to you and them. Your company, and those three men are the tops in excellence! Please thank them again for me. Forever grateful, Laurel Caperton

After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.
