Then they said they were stuck in Lake County and could not come until Thursday. Well, Thursday rolled around, and I texted them wondering when they were coming since they missed their 10am-12pm window. That's when they informed me that they could not do it for the agreed upon price. Well, there was no chance that I was going to pay them more - especially after they set my project back by 2 days due to their unprofessionalism. They also sent me the same message repeatedly- which seemed like it could be Ai. Very frustrating!!! He arrived promptly and did a magnificent job. I asked him if he could clean a soiled dining room chair and it turned out so well, I had him clean all six. To say I'm pleased is an understatement! The stains on the chairs are gone. The soiled areas on the carpet are all removed. This 26-year-old floor covering looks brand new. Brian is extremely personable while being thoroughly professional.
