Junk and Trash Removal came to my rescue! I went on their website for a quote and John, the owner, quickly called me personally and gave me a quote. He was scheduled to remove a queen size mattress and box springs from my apartment. All my other furniture, in very good condition, was being donated to a charitable organization. When the organization showed up they said because my apartment was on the second floor with no elevator they could not remove my furniture even though they never advised me of that when I made the appointment months before. John was not prepared to remove all that furniture because he already had a full truck, so he promised he would be there at 8 am the next day (the day I was moving out) to haul everything, and he gave me a good price. John and his team arrived on time, and were friendly and efficient. They took care removing a very heavy sleeper sofa, and all the other furniture. They worked quickly too. We had some yard folks clean up our (long overdue) yard, and they left quite a pile that almost ran the full length of the driveway. I didn't realize just how much was there until I saw John's trailer full to the brim after finishing up. It was full of thorns, planks with rusty screws and nails from a demolished swing set, large branches, and from the sound of it, quite a few critters, but John and his crew got it all up safely in under an hour, including the weeds that had grown up into the pile. We called John for a quotation to have some furniture removed and we asked when would be the earliest they could pick up since other company require 2 weeks to schedule. But no, he was like we can pick up tomorrow. They were able to come out the very next day and did not waste anytime.
