Just legit advice and guidance - if you need/want it. Helps if you know your measurements, and what you have in mind, beforehand. TIP: bring your own measuring tape! Feel free to go upstairs to see the showroom - Note: at the time, it was just shelving and table ideas. The only thing left to the imagination is wondering the history of that wood you just purchased - it will most definitely have a charm of its own ;). The people…read morethat "work" for this store are some of the rudest dismissive clowns I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Long story shortened, I was trying to get directed to an item I wanted to purchase. Some confusion on the associates end made him think I was being rude and loud with his 2 fellow associates up front. I understand there is always 2 sides to every story, but in this case this is it. I tried telling the associate, who I will say was in his 70s maybe?, there was no issue i tend to speak loud as I was a veteran that was around loud artillery in the Army. This old creep plainly said, I dont care about you or whoever claims to be a vet.... Well alrighty, thats fine, but is being at work a good place to let us know that. I did call and report the issue to management, she apologized and asked for the names of the associates involved, which I didnt know. She said that makes it difficult, I agreed. But, it isn't hard to look back at the security cams and go from there. Im not looking to get anybody wrongfully fired, but in this case I think I would fire the involved participants. This guy is about 5 ft 5, skinny, shortened gray to darker hair looks like he is in his late 70s and has an anger issue. I see these nasty attitudes more and more in stores with these associates. They aren't helpful, they are dismissive, rude, nasty attitudes and I feel they just want to collect a check for doing very, very little. No, not everyone is like that, but for these people, right on.the nose a accurate. I would not so readily sign up to serve my country again if these are the types I protect. Yeah, might sound like I am rambling, but if it was you or you saw this situation happen, you may look at it differently. No wonder these stores are going to online delivery services. These stores do not deserve our patronage.

Delivery is undependable. I placed my order on a Monday, and arranged for delivery for the…read morefollowing Thursday. I was charged for it immediately. It was the first delivery scheduled for that day. I was told it would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 am. It did not. When I called the store on Thursday morning to see what the problem was, I was told that the truck had to go to another town first, and they had no idea when my order would be delivered. I was not advised of any change. It is clear that another customer, who placed an order later than mine, is getting preferential treatment at my expense. This is no way to do business. The delivery was made in the afternoon. The pallet was dropped in such a way as to block my back door. I called the store, who called the driver and asked him to return and move it. I saw him this time, and he said he was just delivering it where he did the last time. No, last time I could get out of my house. He did move it but what an ordeal.
