I will join the other 1-star reviews. Bought my first car from them about four years ago. We were attracted here because of the price--lots of options under $3,000--but they're essentially selling jumbles of parts that are held together just long enough for you to get it off their lot. I test-drove probably half a dozen cars, and decided on the one I liked best: a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant. It had a little rust on the outside and the glove compartment was broken so it wouldn't shut, but otherwise it seemed decent. The price was $2,999, and we offered $2,700. To my surprise, he immediately agreed and started on the paperwork. If I were bolder and wiser in the area of bartering, I would have realized that an immediate acceptance to your offer means you're not getting a good deal. I should have offered much lower, or better yet, just walked off the lot. At the time, I even thought the guy was being nice, because he said he was going to replace something on the car that was going bad, that I can't remember anymore. But then, within the three years I had the car, the battery, alternator, starter, all went out, and a handful of other things as well. I ended up taking the car into the shop probably six or seven times in three years, each time for about a $300 fix, and once was over $700. I know it was an older car, and I expect to have a couple pricey repairs in a few years, but I had to replace just about everything under the hood, and I was told that the car was in pretty good shape. I would not by a matchbox car from Triple M Motors, let alone a personal vehicle. read more

DO. NOT. PURCHASE. A. CAR. HERE. It's been a nightmare from the start!!!! One of the worst moves I've made in my life.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place sells lemons. We bought a used Honda Civic. Within 30 days, the timing belt went bad and ruined the engine. $2,000 later, I had a new engine, and a week after that, the starter went out. The timing belt/chain is something that any used car dealer should check when they buy a used car before putting it up for resale. Of course, we had no recourse, since it was bought As Is. But it's clear that they do not check the important things on their used cars before reselling them. Stay away from this place at all costs. read more

Didn't even want to give the one star. Took one of their trucks for an inspection and the truck had a couple thousand dollars in things that needed to be fixed. Tried to negotiate a cash offer, having all the issues in mind, they would rather keep the truck and sneak those things to a new customer. The guy that grabs the vehicles and opens the place is a really nice respectful guy. The other on the inside you discuss purchase with is an arrogant jerk... reminded me of a parody of a salesman in a tv show .. nope he is the real deal.. read more

I purchased a truck from them a little over a year ago. I had it inspected by my mechanic and he said really the only thing wrong with it was the ball joints and the rear drums, and the rocker panels were rusting which is common for chevys so I didn't think much of it. I ended up buying it for now that I look back at it was far too much. I went to go fill it up and happened to hear the sound of water I happened to see that the filler neck was rotted somehow, and after working myself on the truck I found out that there is more rust than I expected. The guy that runs the lot I believe his name was joe was a good guy, but the owner or the guy I filled out the paper work with seemed stuck up and didn't want to haggle, and claimed the truck was very sought over and couldn't lower it any more. So to sum it up I would never buy a vehicle here again, and would suggest not buying a vehicle there. read more

Had a terrible experience. Went in to look at a work truck at the beginning of the week and saw that it had a leaking transfer case. Joe the salesman there said he did not want us to take a test drive in the truck until it was looked over by a mechanic and told us it should be ready by the end of the week and he would call me with every update he get. He never called me a single time. I had to call and text him on multiple different occasions throughout the week to try and get updates on the truck and I got no info on the truck all week from him. He would just respond "he hasn't heard anything yet" today we get a call from triple M saying that the truck has been looked over and it's fine and that we can come and proceed with purchasing it and having it inspected by our own mechanic. The wife and I loaded up into the car immediately and started to head for the dealership (25 minute drive). While on our way we get we got another call from triple m saying that someone is buying the truck. I understand that we didn't put a deposit or anything on the truck, but to keep us waiting for the whole week then to tell us it's ready for us to proceed with the purchase just to sell it from underneath us 10-15 minutes later is terrible business. I have to tell u these teviews are almost comical. I bought a car from 3m 4 years ago and yea I've spent money on things as I expected to do so when i bought a car for $5500. These people aren't psychics. They're sales people. If they knew a timing belt was gonna go bad a feW months later they wouldn't be selling Cars they would be winning the lottery. Simply put, u guys are unreal. If you by a car for $3000 and u are still driving it 2-3 years later and have only had to change parts that all eventually go out you need to shut the hell up and deal with it. If you wanted a car that was gonna give you no problems for 5 years you should have put down the 2-5000 you spent and made $600 monthly payments so that u had a new car with a warranty.
