When I asked for break-up of the cost, I was just told, $7 to 8 for tax. $30 for toll. $20 for tips. I did not get to choose what the tips are. The driver decided what he should tip him and added it to the bill without telling me, until I asked. When I asked why the toll is so expensive, he told that he is charging me for his return trip toll as well. When I told him it still should not cost that much, he gave the names of tolls that he did not go through and told they are expensive. The driver did not have any sense of urgency of my time. As we were approaching JFK, he saw some people grilling in a park on the sideway. He immediately took the exit to just go through the park, just for him to see what they are doing, and joined back on to the highway back in the traffic. Poor poor service. Do not recommend this company service.
