Great fail safe in case of a problem. Driver was friendly and extremely helpful. Took care of me from pickup to drop off. He made the end of a long trip actually enjoyable. He was able to read exactly what I needed and acted appropriately. I have to say best driver of the year. Also, all other drivers I had at Royal Coachman were also top notch and went above and beyond. Just saying that Jamie was at the top of a list of good drivers. At the very top. Don't hesitate to use them for your driving needs. You will not be disappointed in the least and most likely totally impressed.

I had bad experience with their service. I was told a trip from suffern,ny to jfk was $110+ taxes…read moreand toll. At the airport I was charged $169. When I asked for break-up of the cost, I was just told, $7 to 8 for tax. $30 for toll. $20 for tips. I did not get to choose what the tips are. The driver decided what he should tip him and added it to the bill without telling me, until I asked. When I asked why the toll is so expensive, he told that he is charging me for his return trip toll as well. When I told him it still should not cost that much, he gave the names of tolls that he did not go through and told they are expensive. The driver did not have any sense of urgency of my time. As we were approaching JFK, he saw some people grilling in a park on the sideway. He immediately took the exit to just go through the park, just for him to see what they are doing, and joined back on to the highway back in the traffic. Poor poor service. Do not recommend this company service.

I can't say enough good things about Randall, Danielle and this limousine service…read more I hired them to pick up my son from Newark Airport coming from Oregon. I had a lot of questions while DMing Randall and he answered promptly and patiently. I booked through Danielle on the phone and she was so friendly and professional. When my son's flight kept getting delayed she patiently took down the new information but when it was getting in late enough for my husband to pick him up, she cancelled with no fee and was very understanding. Then that flight was cancelled. My son decided to catch a red eye and she found a way to get him a ride at the last minute. Oh, the car, a brand new Lincoln Aviator, was beautiful as well. Randall was his driver and arrived before time. He was so friendly. He made my poor jet lagged son's ride a pleasure. By the time they got back to Toms River, they were good buddies. :-) I have heard some say that they are pricey but I found it quite reasonable. Everything was included in the price, including tip which made everything so convenient. Thank you Randall and Danielle. We will definitely be using you again!
