He placed edging around a flower bed one side is 7 inches higher than the other and above porch level, Sam said it had to be that way for it to balance. He wanted cash as a payment but didn't have material to write a receipt, once I gave him paper to write the receipt, he didn't know how to fill it in. I wrote the receipt and asked him to sign it, he wrote his initial, I had to insist that he sign his full name. This guy is not even a good scammer! I would not recommend this service at any cost his work is not worth paying him 10 cents.
