He couldn't get the key remote programmed so he said he would order another remote for the key case. Charged me $70 for the case and cutting. Then he ghosted me. I called him again on 8/16 to see what was up. He said he would call back in a couple days. Nope. I texted him yesterday about status. No response. I called him this morning and he picked up. I started to ask about status and he claimed he couldn't hear due to 1 bar on the phone and he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 3 hours ago. Use this guy at your own peril. I found someone else already. PS: for some reason Yelp says I live in Lake Stevens, WA. I did 10 years ago. I live in NWA now.
