Had this guy come out on 7/23 to cut and program a key for my car. I was initially impressed. Seemed knowledgeable and competent. He couldn't get the key remote programmed so he said he would order another remote for the key case. Charged me $70 for the case and cutting. Then he ghosted me. I called him again on 8/16 to see what was up. He said he would call back in a couple days. Nope. I texted him yesterday about status. No response. I called him this morning and he picked up. I started to ask about status and he claimed he couldn't hear due to 1 bar on the phone and he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 3 hours ago. Use this guy at your own peril. Bought replacement remotes for my truck and needed them programmed. Greg came out the same day and got them setup. Since I bought my remotes elsewhere he was upfront that there is no guarantee on key fobs purchased somewhere else. Fortunately the programming was successful and everything works. I was locked out of my apartment and I called the Lock Doctor multiple times last night (1:30 AM, 2 AM, 2:30 AM, & 3 AM) and I left voicemails with my name number and time I called. I NEVER received a call back. Not one. I even called at 3 PM to ask why I was never called back. The guy said, "sorry, we aren't available 24 x7 anymore." I asked why they didn't update their hours and your voicemail and didn't really get an answer. I then asked what time they start working in the morning and he said 7 AM. I said that if you start at 7 AM, why didn't I receive a call back? They didn't even check their voicemails. If you're not 24 x7 then update your hours and voicemail. Then at least have the decency to call back potential clients that do leave a voicemail when you start your day! Very poor service and unprofessional! Do NOT use their services! read more

Just wanted to give a shout out. We had our keys fall into the lake by Starkey Marina. Well, long story short, we decided to go the locksmith route due to time constraints and a couple other factors. Anyways, after over 10 phone calls to different locksmiths, we had started to lose hope because some people were very rude or dismissive. Our last phone call was to this guy. He was so incredibly kind to us. He agreed immediately (even after knowing it'd be an hour and a half drive) and came all the way out to us and rekeyed our truck and got us going again for a reasonable price. It also took him no time at all. Kindness goes a long way for us and I think he might have been one of the nicest people we had met all day long. Even though we didn't retrieve our keys and a couple important items on the lanyard, he made everything just a little bit easier. Thanks everyone for the help. There is no need to contact anyone else when you need a lock smith! They were so accommodating, reliable, reasonably priced and you can tell they genuinely care about you as a client/person and you're just cash going into their pocket. My ignition key broke in the middle of the blade and when they gave me a new key it worked first try!
