The several restaurants on the property are Good -- no complaints . Now as far as the Casino goes . Its the tightest casino in the country. For he two entire days I was there and I spent most my days down in the casino -- I only saw One person getting a Hand Pay. There is NO KENO . Low pay tables on video poker . I know first hand this casino is thumbing down the RTP . so Bottom Line as long as you dont mind Lossing your money Its a great place .

Overall a great stay. We had a room on the 11th floor with a terrific ocean view. However, the…read morepool, restaurants, and conference center are all between the hotel itself and the beach. Lower floors probably have a view of the back of those buildings or the pool. Room was spacious, well-maintained, and the galley kitchen was stocked with waters and plenty of coffee supplies. There is a very high lip on the door frame leading to the balcony. I totally understand why but unless you really think about lifting your foot high enough to clear it, you'll stub your toes every time. The staff is super friendly but we noticed some inconsistency in service. Several times we went through the lobby to get our car, the place was completely deserted and we'd have to wait for someone to assist us. Same with housekeeping; two days our person was incredibly thorough and conscientious. The other two days, the person was in and out within minutes, overlooking several items. Room service is served via the restaurant staff rather than separate 'runners'. Ordering took a while (we had to leave a message and received a call back 20 minutes later) and delivery took even longer (40 minutes for dinner, over an hour for breakfast). We really enjoyed the beach bar and service while on the beach. That was pretty decadent! Towels and chairs are complementary from 8 am until sunset on the beach. The staff on the beach was super helpful and nice. Other than room service and the beach bar (drinks only) we did not eat in any of the resort restaurants. They had odd hours (in my opinion) and much fancier fare than I was after. What we did try was tasty but we ended up going off-site when we wanted to eat out. This has nothing to do with the resort but the beach itself is full of shells. Buy beach shoes or you'll have a tough time walking the shoreline. It's also not that clear cerulean blue you'll find on many Gulf beaches. Although very warm, it reminded me more of the Atlantic side of FL.

Some owners use the property manager on site, others use VRBO or AirBnB. Each unit is kept up by the owners. Some are in great shape, some are not. Check the individual room ratings and pictures to choose. The building was once a jewel and it does need some work. But, for a short trip, beachfront property walking distance to and from the restaurants it is worth it. Many complain that it wasn't what it used to be and it isn't, but it's about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the Marriott and Hilton. If you know before you go... it will be great.

We were sat on a high top table after we said we had 3 small kids. I asked if the high chair was as high as the table and we were told yes. To my surprise when the high chair came it was the height of a regular chair to which my toddler kept sliding off. We ordered the kids food first so it would come out "quicker". The food took about 45 mins to an hour to come. When I mentioned I had a shellfish allergy I was told I could not eat their French fries, I could not have anything that was fried since it was all with the same oil. I ordered the burger on their menu which after waiting for my food I was told I could also not have that. I ended up eating a regular cheese burger. We said we wouldn't return, but at dinner time there are apparently 5 restaurants at the resort. Some don't allow children, another requires a dress code, so in reality you have 3 restaurants to choose from. We returned to Quinn's for dinner, where we waited an hour for our food after ordering. We were told the kitchen was backed up, but the restaurant was not full and mind you there are 5 other restaurants on property. When our food arrived, the ceviche that was ordered was completely dry. To be honest the food was below average. I'd recommend anyone staying here to eat OUTSIDE the hotel. We also tried the other restaurant the Polynesian one. The food was average, it also took a very long time. On the third evening we dinned outside of the hotel and the service was much better. The services from the waiters was fine however the kitchen needs to improve. The breakfast restaurant with the buffet is designed so you pay the high price of $44 for a buffet. We ordered something from the regular menu because some people weren't going to eat enough to make the $44 worth it. The food took so long, it's almost as if they do it on purpose so you're more likely to choose the buffet, pay extra to get your food immediately. Mind you, some of the things ordered were waffles, which were available on the buffet side immediately made. For the $600-$1000 that this hotel costs a night. I do not find the service and attention worth it. The rooms need upgrades, staff takes a long time to answer the phone, however when you call from and outside line, they answer immediately. You're better off staying at the Hilton, and paying less.

What I forgot to do was to confirm the ride from the email they had sent me. They do this as a back up. Welp, apparently I missed the "back up" to allow for errors. I texted the owner Mark, who handled it like a true professional! He had an Uber there for me within minutes!!! Without costing me anymore and feeling like I got the "white glove" treatment despite the fact that I didn't confirm and verify. Second "dough head" maneuver on my part. I booked the ride online. I received 2 texts, one from the driver picking me up AND the owner the night before, confirming my drop off point. What the bleep was I thinking? I'm still not too sure how I had them dropping me off in a different town but apparently I did. (If I haven't said this yet, let's just say, it's not always easy being me!!). Insert goofy face here. Anyway, Once I gave them the correct address, Mark had to swap out drivers and did so with professionalism and kindness. I'm a fan! You should be too, especially if you're anything like moi.

Not much comp for BJ play. Dining options are extremely limited. The market deli is not open on Monday and Tuesday which only leaves with one choice that doesn't do take out. There is a way around there silly policy of no take out. I wanted some late night wings to take back to my comped room. The hostess told me no take out. I simply took a table for one, ordered wings ate one and asked for the rest to take home and they packed them up. People shouldn't need to play silly games to get food to take to your room. Room service is unavailable at this time. Employees are generally very polite and helpful. I really wish it would be a better experience for dining while you enjoy gaming. Today I actually needed to leave the development to get lunch as dining options were so poor.
