Four of us drove to Seminole Immokalee for a little gaming action to start a new year, 2026! We started early in the morning with the motto," Early bird gets the worm". After a quick walk around to see if any new machines installed or relocated; I located quickly my favorite game, Video Poker, from IGT. Before I started, I went to the small Cappuccino Café and got a Latte with a cinnamon roll. Bouncing between standard games like Jacks or Better, Deuce Wide, Bonus, Double Bonus, Double Double Bonus Joker, I focused on my video poker strategies. No Royal Flush or Five of Kind, or other big hands today. Ended the session with a small win. Not bad, to start a new year with a positive trend! Wife did better with her slot machines. She skipped her Crazy Money Deluxe and played Railroad Riches - Sherriff. When she switched to Railroad Riches - Tycoon and within half hour, she got a bonus free spin and got over a thousand dollars! I play here every time we come down and had 3 vouchers from last year (Over $500) that I didn't cash in since I was going to come back again. I went again this year and went to the cashier to cash in my vouchers only to be told....SORRY MA'AM BUT THEY EXPIRED!!!. how does cash expire!!! I literally fought with the manager and he "made a phone call" and would only cash 2. I'm sure smokers are bring in 70% percent of the income to Seminole Casino compared to Non-Smokers who play slots there . Absolutely love Seminole Immokalee Casino!! They have all of our favorite slots (new & classics) and employees are so friendly. I love sitting at the zig zag bar and playing video poker while watching the games on the large screens. The deli and the grille are both great places to grab a bite to eat. My favorite is the club sandwich - the lunch meat used is always fresh. The food comes out fast too! On my last visit I had the opportunity to stay overnight and the hotel rooms are SO nice! My room was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient and my room was even ready early! Cell service is limited but they have Wifi all over and you can connect your devices for free! Here we are again at the hotel &casino for two nights and a bluegrass show. As always the hotel was just plain great. They gave me a handicap room and it was just shinny clean, The slots were a little tight as we didn't win very much, but really had a great time. Our check in went very smooth with comp rooms and my vehicle was taken care of. The only negative issue was the very slow service at the restaurant. We did visit the deli restaurant and the service there was just great and very fast. Our meal was top drawer too, very great. Our friend lost her iPhone and security reviewed the tape and found the person that took it. They were very helpful and went about and beyond to help our friend. Worst Casino I have ever been in. The slot machines are rigged to pay out very little. I dumped $800 into a variety of machines and never won anything. Maybe $5 a couple of times. I will never go to a hard rock casino again and I strongly discourage anyone from going there. Had a hotel room for 3 days and they never cleaned the room. This is a review on the Casino only. The parking is optional to park yourself and not pay for valet. The inside is what you would expect, music blaring, AC on frigid. If you've been to Vegas you know everyone smokes but you aren't overpowered by cigarettes. Here not much as the ventilation system does not work well . We have Desert Diamond and Casino of the Sun in Arizona and they are so much nicer , so maybe I am spoiled. The chairs in the concert area are super close together and they are chained so no moving them,and the dude next to me is practically in my lap and it is starting to become annoying. One couple left because she could not tolerate how close the seating was.Hopefully the music starts soon and people will stand. Staff is super nice. It looks like they do outdoor concerts. maybe a better option for next time. Another thing I found unusual, is that they have an employee who stood the whole concert and admonished anyone taking photos on their phone. Restaurants are disappointing - they advertise having 4, but only 2 are open most of the time. Deli serves large sandwiches with frozen vegetables, and stale bread. However,good service and reasonable prices . The "Ee to leet ke" restaurant, also freezing, dark with boring, sub par food. No room service at the hotel. I live in NJ near Atlantic City, where the big casinos are. Compared to AC casinos, Seminole Casino in Immokalee is very small and easy to navigate. The casino is clean and has friendly employees. I was surprised that I had to pay for my drinks despite playing Blackjack at a table. I am not used to that since AC casinos all drinks are free of charge. The bathroom is outdated and needs renovation. Overall, it is a nice place to gamble and have fun. read more

A small, local casino in an agriculture town with two restaurants. The deli is fantastic but unfortunately it was closed (Mon & Tues) on our recent visit so we ate at the diner. Staying on Marco Island, we decided to take a drive and check out the casino. We played blackjack on a $15 table which seemed to be the minimum. Our dealers were nice and made our table fun. There are plastic shields on every table and staff were wearing masks. We were in a no smoking section which made it more pleasant. On Dec 5, 2023, we went to the casino in person to purchase tickets for Willie Nelson. One was for my 19 year old grandson Christmas gift as he is a big fan. We specifically asked since the show was in the outdoor tent , if it was only for 21 year olds. We were shown the book that has a page for any upcoming entertainment. The only events stating on the individual sheets showed over 21 for anything inside the casino only. We were told that we could bring our 19 year old grandson to the outdoor concert. Subsequently ...my wife called ticketmaster to verify as there was nothing on their site showing that there was an age requirement. Spoke with a supervisor and she said that under 21 could attend this performance. We went ahead and purchased the tickets. Just to verify just a few weeks ago ..my wife called a direct casino number (not ticketmaster) and was told that under 21 could attend any outdoor show as long as accompanied by parent or grandparent as that was the outdoor policy. We checked online 2 days ago to verify the time when seating would start and now your site has been changed to over 21. Ticket master site is now changed showing over 21 only but still showing an outdoor performance. Cannot determine what the actual policy is. Why was this changed? It would be unforgivable to have my grandson turned away the night of the show. Not to mention the money we just spent for this if we cannot use it. What could anyone possibly do to get correct information. This place is a joke I watched them get raped on a roulette tab for almost 20 grand for them to say I never place a $25 bet on 2nd and 24. Meanwhile the guy played with $25s on the board and I asked if it would be an issue if I played $25 on side bets then and I was given an okay to do so. At first glance this casino hotel looked good. The room prices were extremely overpriced, but we were visiting the area and decided to stay. We were going to stay 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night, due to price. We stayed Sunday which would normally be a lower rate at hotels. But it was $300+. To stay Monday was about $250! The valet guys were polite and friendly. The hotel room was basic nothing fancy. Clean and bathroom was a nice size. Once in casino, it seemed like typical non Vegas casino. A lot of machine games were a higher max amount than typical slots. Our row of machines turned off and reset 2 times. They said due to weather. No drink staff seen for the first 2 hours. After talking to other regular patrons, it seems as if they don't see them either. Finally found a waitress, who was very friendly and quick. Prices as you would imagine were extremely overpriced. For the price of the hotel we were expecting some nice dinner options as there's is nothing for miles. We were mistaken. They have a deli, like a subway, and a cafe, and a coffee bar. We ate at the cafe. Not a big menu. We had the pot roast and salmon. Both were good and not overcooked. Beds were comfortable. Once up, I looked online to see when the coffee bar opened. It said 8am. Which seemed pretty late. So I went downstairs at 8 finally looking forward to some coffee, and it was not open. A sign said to go next door to the cafe. So I walked there and a few people were in line to be seated. The cafe was supposed to open at 8am as well. But they didn't open until 8:10am. I inquired about the coffee bar and was told they're only open on the weekends. So I then inquired about coffee to go and was told they don't do that and I would have to go across the way to the 1 open bar. I walked over there and after standing a minute, the female bartender mumbled something under her mask and turned away. I then walked back up to my room and made a coffee in the machine in the room, which was terrible. For the prices of this hotel the amenities are completely lacking. There were no promotions for new members. Even though it said there was online so we signed up online prior to arriving. But when we got our players cards we were told since we signed up online there were no promotions. They did have a lot of slot machine choices, not too many video poker machines. The entire stay was a complete disappointment. Supposedly they are owned or affiliated with Hard Rock casinos. Hard to believe. Needless to say, we felt the trip was a disappointment and certainly not worthy to return. I've been to numerous Indian casinos that are wonderful and have great food. I've been to Las Vegas, and other casinos in many states. This one is on my top DO NOT RETURN and waste money list for sure. Nothing more than a highly overpriced basic hotel room in the middle of nowhere with 2 basic food options and no coffee. I have to add that most of the employees were had contact with were friendly. Went over again for something to do. Had lunch at the deli and it was up to par. Place was packed. Looks like some new slots. I had no luck, but Mrs.O came out $10 to the good after about 2 hours. Air quality very good in spite of still some smoking allowed. Did not come out smelling like an ash tray. If they loosened up the slots a bit more, maybe the place would get more positive attitudes. Kind of dumb you don't get free drinks while playing slots, however you can get free drinks whilst playing at the tables. We ate at the deli restaurant (forget the name). All the food was super good! My sisters fiancée put $20 in a table top game at the bar that malfunctioned and he didn't even get to play any options.
