Highly Recommend! While you may find cheaper gyms with longer hours you will not find one with more qualified instructors or better maintained equipment. I can speak on the Striking classes, CrossFit, and the Jiu Jitsu classes and say that all of the instructors there are adept at ensuring safe and proper technique and will modify nearly anything if there is a body part you'll need to work around- ie bum knee, bad back, etc. The owners/coaches are affable and the community of members are non cliquish and are, in general, a joy to spend time with. My little girl loves to go to the gym with me- there is a really fun room upstairs that is dedicated for kids and is staffed during certain hours. It's a welcoming family-oriented community of people there at Triple Crown Athletic, however, In the spirit of full disclosure I just go there to play with the dogs. :D read more

I'm the President of a National non profit organization called 22 Until Valhalla pur mission is to prevent veteran suicide through holistic healing like fitness and jui jitsu and this is my home gym for fitness and jui jitsu. We do our best to bring our veterans into this gym because we know they will be accepted and have a warm welcome. Its difficult for us to make positive connections with civilians and civilian gyms but I've felt like family since day one. Plus, the gym is clean and organized which I like. The only negative is the music. The music is absolute mini van soccer mom music that belongs in a dumpster fire but I just put on my head phones which solves the problem. Great place. I first stepped into this gym, December of 2018. The athletes and owners were all welcoming and encouraging. Being ex military, one of the things I love most about Triple Crown, is the camaraderie. From the other athletes all the way up to the owners everyone in there wants to see you succeed. Even those at the highest skill level wIll stop what they are doing to help coach you through a movement or even partner with you on a partner based workout. I often hear non-CrossFit athletes poke fun, stating, "CrossFitters ALWAYS talk about how they do CrossFit." I agree because with all sincerity, attending a gym like Triple Crown AthletIc, it would be the highlight of anyone's day.... And who wouldn't want to talk about it?!?! read more

I must disagree with the poster rating this a 1-star, I recently started attending this facility and find this to be one of the most organized and clean crossfit gym's I've been inside (and I've been involved with Crossfit since 2011). If you're well versed in crossfit or new and looking for something fun with a group of people who want you to succeed then I strongly suggest giving Triple Crown crossfit and striking a chance, You will be glad you did! read more

This gym has a great atmosphere to get you motivated to keep coming back and disciplined to work hard to meet your goals. The coaches/ trainers are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a wide array of classes that sets them apart from other local gyms; my wife loves the Crossfit program, my son enjoys the striking classes and I stay busy with the Jiu-Jitsu program. I was super ignorant about Crossfit. And i give it a try because a friend of my works out at TCA and i can't just say the they are awesome has a professionals. It's just they became a family. I have been working out here since February 2012, eight years in February 2020. The trainers are wonderful and work with members to adjust the workouts to their fitness level. They are continuously making improvements to the gym, adding services and upgrading equipment. I enjoy the workouts, and truly have become friends with dozens of other gym members. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a transplant and didn't know anyone in town before I joined this gym. My wife and I both attend multiple programs here and can't get enough. The jujitsu program is the most mentally and physically fulfilling thing I've ever done. Good gym full of good humans with an a great culture. read more

Love this gym! Got to attend for a few months while taking care of a family member and I am sad I had to leave due to moving too far away new. Programming is fun and easy to scale, coaches are great and the people are amazing!!! Plus the fact that they offer a class every hour on the hour is unheard of and SO convenient!!!! read more

Clean facility, helpful staff and encouraging members make my 13 year old son love CrossFit. He needs a little more coaching than his fellow members because of his age, but no one makes him feel like it's an inconvenience. Everyone is encouraging and helpful. read more
