Don't disturb others or need the police called on you for fighting. You will be be finding a new place to put your camper. Don't let your dogs run off a leash or poop and not pick it up. You would come in, pick your site, let the ranger station know and you were done. Now, since a couple months ago, they changed it to where "a computer" would pick your site for your, which would be good if all the sites were the same, but they definitely are not! Some sites are paved, some are rock, some long or short, some easy to get into, some not. They basically took your choice away! Before, if you got here and all the "good" sites were taken, that's the luck of the draw. Both times since they changed to this I've had to ask to change the site, first time, I couldn't get into the site if I wanted to. Second time they put us in a site we definitely did not want. Now, they put up a sign no drinks in the edge of the pool, no exceptions! A lot of people go to the pool, stand at the side, drink whatever it is, chill and have a good time. So now that choice has been taken away. I can understand glass containers, glass and pools don't mix, so punish those people! We have loved this place for years, but it's getting to where we don't like coming here anymore. Some of the employees are nice, some not so much. Some of the employees seem extremely lazy and are just here to talk and play. Mean while, the speed limit is 5 mph, I've seen people doing I think around 25 or 30. People have their kids and dogs walking around the park and I haven't seen much to stop that. But standing around the pool drinking whatever and having a good time, the managers said shut it down! I really don't know what's happening here. Just think hard before buying a membership. The memberships can cost thousands of dollars and they can make changes anytime, whether you like it or not, and you either have to deal with it or get rid of it. They don't care what you think! Most days you will see people fishing from the dock. It is a small RV park with very little noise and good internet. Jeff and Sheri are amazing owners who are extremely caring and helpful. They truly care about the people who are staying at their park. They also keep the park very well maintained. Always seems to be a few full time RVers who welcome you to the community. There is also many part time or week-end Rvers. This is a place we will for sure come back and visit!

She asked if we wanted to drive around on our own or if we wanted a guided tour. We wanted the guided tour! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and of course the property. She also told us when the property was going to be busy and pointed out some of the better sites. We're definitely going to plan a weekend trip here in the fall.

Obviously I called the cops, I was terrified of their behavior. They threatened my life and were on drugs/drunk, yet I was the bad person in management eyes for calling the police. It was truly like I was being bullied in high school.... I didn't even stay a month because it's a bunch of children that live there. It isn't cute or becoming to act that way, it's actually quite gross. They must pay for people to write nice reviews. The fridge was "community" but filled with old food and alcohol. If you're a raging alcoholic with child like behavior, by all means please go there. Also, to Suzie and Julie and all of you, before you point fingers make sure your hands are clean. Literally would not let my worst enemy stay there.

I helped sponsor & also competed in a grappling event we put on with the promoter. It took a little longer than anticipated to get everyone there for the pre-match weigh ins. The staff at the venue were very accommodating and stayed a longer than anticipated to make sure everything went smoothly. Staff were very friendly. Facilities were clean and spacious. Restrooms were clean and spacious enough for our athletes to change in. There's an abundance of parking spaces available. This will be our first spot to consider for future events. I can't say enough great things about the venue and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

customer since 2007, no problems until 2025 big problems. 18 years of being loyal customer means…read morenothing to them. A&D shoddy installation of second tank Feb. 2025. First leak within 1-2 weeks, second leak March or April, third leak 5-19-25. On 9-11-25 I receive letter asking me to "take care of" $375 from 5-19 repair because "screw in the regulator was missing leading us to believe someone had tampered with the system" This is a blatant lie and a dishonest attempt to squeeze money from an elderly disabled veteran. The tech, Kelvin, never mentioned this on the 19th and no mention when I talked to A&D on 8-5 to pay the annual tank rental. 9-11 called Maria Dobyns, was told she was out for 2 weeks and to share my concerns Cheyenne. I stated the only time the system was touched was when A&D told me to shut off the propane supply during prior leaks until they could repair it which leaves us without a stove or oven, without a way to heat our home, warm water to shower or wash clothes and without a dryer. Also asked why Kelvin never said they were charging us $375 on 5-19 and Cheyenne never said we owed $375 when I paid tank rental on 8-5. Cheyenne talked to Maria and called back to say if the $375 wasn't paid within 10 days they would lock us out of our tanks. I asked about the 1,300 gallons we prepaid for and she said prepaid is non-refundable so we would lose that if we chose a different provider. I filed a complaint with Texas Railroad Commission and Texas Attorney General on 9-11. I emailed owner Stephen Dobyns 9-17 but as of 9-19 haven't heard back. We will either lose $375 or $2,300 in propane. But long term A&D will pay the true cost losing customers.
