Problems with the completed work required attention, yet getting those issues corrected has been an ongoing source of frustration. The most concerning part has been the company's failure to follow through on its warranty commitments. I have repeatedly been told that someone would come out to remedy the problems, only for no one to show up. Promises are made, appointments are discussed, and then there is no follow-through. A company should be judged not only by the work it performs, but by how it responds when something goes wrong. In my case, I have been extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and the company's response afterward. A warranty is only meaningful if the company actually stands behind it. Repeatedly telling a customer that an issue will be addressed and then failing to appear is unacceptable and unprofessional.
