My husband and I own a small car dealership. We sent 3 cars to be fixed for things that other…read moremechanics could have done in a few days. The first car we we're charge a ridiculous fee for labor for a problem that he didn't even fix claiming we told him we would have it done somewhere else. We paid him more than $400 to not have it fixed. Took it to another mechanic that charged us $200 to actually fix it! We continue to get the run around on a truck has been at true speed for over 2 months! We've already given John over $2000 for repairs that have not been done! We keep hearing excuses that they can't finish because they keep receiving the "wrong part". The 3rd car we made a huge mistake buy sending one of our customers to John. The original quote increased by more than $200 and was weeks later than promised. Our customers finally got it back today only to find out that one of the O2 sensors than was supposed to have been repaired hasn't been. We're having to take it to another mechanic again who says it will be about $275 and can have it in a few days. In the mean time we are lending them one of our cars for the second time because we feel so bad that they keep getting screwed over by John. We are just starting out and are barely making it ourselves. We lose money everyday that this truck is sitting at his shop not getting anything done. At this point all he has done is make things worse. It isn't drive-able and we can't afford to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed. We have to make huge payment to our bank every month- but John apparently doesn't care about his customers, deadlines or actually running his business. John is as crooked as they come! Whatever you do DO NOT take your cars to these scam artists.

I told…read morehim I also needed some windshield wipers and he actually ordered them as soon as we got off the phone and the parts delivery driver arrived shortly after I pulled my car into his shop. Make sure you talk to him if you get lost; his shop is a short driveway off the street behind some buildings there. So the parts being delivered so promptly immediately told me he took my business seriously and wished to handle things with the utmost care. Even though the work I had him do today was quick with just an oil change and change of wipers, he told me about my brake pads and rotors and recommended a time to have them taken care of with a quick cursory inspection. He even went an extra two miles to email me a quote on that cost so I would have something to plan with. Sean certainly knows his stuff with his vehicles and he did his work diligently. I am without a doubt going to be taking my car to him from now on. Not just his technical skill was on display, but he was very easy going and nice to get along with; I always appreciate a mechanic who is willing to explain anything I may have a question on. Nobori Auto is highly recommended by me. I also never miss an opportunity to work with not only a family run business, but also a fellow veteran.

Some wires had been cut the gas cap door was open, the cap was not screwed on. I called the police for a report, and then had it towed to another mechanic. He said there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump, but when he got the engine going, it was totally ruined, sounded worse than a train. John had done something to it!! There was nothing wrong with the fuel pump nor the engine. The car was vandalized, and burglarized. While I was there some men in a pickup came and started taking everything out of the shop. I rate a "0" for that. And a crime!
