Richard will be completely honest and fair with you and he even advised me not to do some repairs that a different shop (alignment and tires, which KC, unfortunately, is not set up to do) told me I absolutely HAD to have done. Richard explained to me why it was not as "essential" as the other shop had said and saved me several hundred dollars, despite the fact that it meant he got less money for his work. He continually gives us the best deal he can, and we know that in many instances, he has way undercharged us because he is such a good guy. I really liked that he only charges $25-30 for a check engine light check (not just pulling the codes which autozone can do free but actually finding the issue) where most other places seem to charge around $150 or more, and if you do end up getting it fixed there he just takes that off the cost of the repair. He calls to keep you updated and finished right on time or even earlier than his estimate. John even offered some helpful advice on selling my current car and on buying another!
