Then when woodgreen contact me back about it, she is an example dog..... The dog they clearly told me was MINE never was, she is an example. I was told I would receive all information on MY DOG but they sent me details on an EXAMPLE DOG as my own. I am truly truly hurt and disgusted by the fact that I was actually making a difference. SIGN UP TO A REAL CHARITY AND MAKE SURE YOU LOOK INTO IT FIRST.

I made them promise one thing many times before I made the choice to give her up and that was they would let me know BEFORE if they had to put her to sleep so I could be there. Today they emailed me to say they had put her to sleep after they had done it. I am in utter shock. Seems it was cancer and they could have waited for me to come in and be there with her at the end so she wasn't alone with strangers. Now they are not replying about her remains. These people are utterly evil, do not trust them, I am now looking at suing them for breach of promise.

There was no attempt made to use rewards or encouragement to train the dogs they just responded out of sheer fear of being choked. The amount of force used on these dogs was enough to break their necks and cause serious damage. In addition to this the trainers breath smelt very strongly of alcohol. In my opinion this is just animal cruelty and any owner wanting to put their pet through this should not be able to own a dog. I will not be returning.

You get asked every time now for a donation and are made to feel guilty, when you have to explain you have nothing you can give that day. All of this is done infront of everyone in the waiting room, and they even put on the system how much you have donated, when you can give them something. I had to have my dog put to sleep recently after being part of the family for 11 years. We were obviously upset, but was also crying because of the way things were done, which I will not go into, but felt so guilty leaving my dog like that.
