I explained that I had been referred by a family member and was seeking more information about becoming a new patient, at which point I was placed on hold. The next employee who answered the call was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than offering assistance, I was met with disrespect and even blamed for her frustrated tone. As someone who also works in the healthcare profession, I believe that every patient or client deserves to be treated as a priority in that moment. While I understand that this field can be demanding and overwhelming at times, the foundation of our work is compassion and a commitment to care for others as we would expect or want to be cared for. I feel that if this is not a priority, considering a role that does not involve direct interaction with individuals seeking help and guidance would be more appropriate. Professionalism and empathy are essential components in this setting. It's crucial that all staff members demonstrate principles that reflect integrity, grace, respect, and compassion in every patient interaction, from the front desk and beyond. I hope moving forward, other patients who contact your office will be provided with a different experience, and as a team, you can offer a more positive and compassionate experience in the future.

He & his staff are all bilingual (Spanish) and very welcoming to both new & existing patients. Everyone is treated like family. It's important to have a primary care physician to help coordinate with other specialists when needed and Dr. Munoz & his staff excel in this area! I had a possible stroke scare during Hurricane Beryl & even though their offices were closed due to weather Dr. Munoz made time to speak to my husband on the phone and gave him a list of symptoms to check me for then advised my husband to take me to an ER asap to have an MRI done. The MRI was critical and excellent advice. They found a brain tumor that had to be removed immediately. Dr. Munoz & his wife came to the hospital to check on me & recommended an excellent neurologist. They have checked in several times to let me know our family is in their prayers and have provided strength in a very difficult time in our lives. They are excellent and consistently provide 5 star excellence every time! We love everyone that works in the office and especially Veronica & Mario!

And more treatments are recommended to me than necessary including lots of optional pill work, which to me is a last option. Also the nurses always seem tired and unpleasant. I wait 40 minutes! for doctor to step into my consulting room. 10-20 before and 40 for him just to come in to talk to me. At that point, I'm just ready to get my consultation over with. The last annoyance was when I sprained my foot and wanted to get it check out by family doctor. I was told that "we don't do that". Ok, no problem! There's a next level urgent care across the street and they charge similar prices and have great staff there.

They denied me services for refusing to switch masks (not refusing to wear one at all, but refusing…read moreto switch to theirs), despite at least TWO of their own nurses not wearing any masks at all. They also refused any accommodations for disabilities. I gave them two weeks to acknowledge and respond to the problem before leaving negative reviews and reporting them to the ADA, but no response so it seems they don't actually care about women's health.
