Average price was double what John Apke quoted me. Pat and Joel arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were careful to look for a tag under my area rug to make sure it would not be damaged. I asked if they could clean under the bed. At first said no because they did not want to damage the frame. Later put gliders under the legs and slid the bed to clean as much area as possible. Overall, a good job.

The carpet was not clean after it took several days to dry. I could still see the dirt on the heavy traffic areas. When I called back to inform them, I was told that I missed the 10-day window and would have to pay an additional $96 to have them reclean the carpets. I was also charged for them to use my water to clean the carpet when I was told that this was furnished by them and factored into the cost. I would not use them again.
