I wanted to update this review to reflect the steps they took to make the situation right. I hired this company for a move out deep clean. The cleaner was over two hours late. She left after about 3 hours because she didn't want to be late to the next cleaning appointment. I had to do most of the cleaning myself. The company went back and forth with me for days but ensured me they would not charge me until I agreed to a price for the poor service. However before a suitable resolution was reached, they charged me anyway. Please beware of this company - they don't stand behind their work or their policies about charging clients. I was not able to accept a reclean because the job needed to be done that day before the house was listed which they were aware of. If the work was done right the first time, a reclean wouldn't be needed.
