Ok let's get real. The views are the best you will find, the staff so nice and attentive and bottled wine prices excellent. However, the food is very sub par. I ordered the pork described on the menu as "low cooked suckling pork". Pretty hard to screw up slow roasted pork, and definitely creating an expectation for juicy slow roasted pork shoulder. What I received was 1 1/2 very thin slices of overcooked, dry pork tenderloin (see picture). I also order the Mixed green salad, and instead literally received a bowl shredded carrots with bits of lettuce thrown in. Lastly, I ordered "Tuscan tomato soup" as an appetizer. One would expect a nice bowl of tomato soup, No, what came out was "Pappa al Pomodoro" which is a tomato and bread appetizer you scoop on bread - as far away from a creamy Tuscan tomato soup as you can get. The restaurant should call it what it is which is Pappa al Pomodoro (and Tuscan specialty) and not mislead the diner. agh. Order the pizza and you will be safe but I wouldn't venture beyond that. read more
