We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket.
