Our family was told one thing by Life Guard Hospice regarding care and Cogir came back and did NOT honor what we were told! Pain and anxiety medication are supposed to administer by family members as Cogir said they could not administer them. This means family is at the mercy of Cogir staff to call us to tell us if our family member needs medication! Beyond ridiculous!! We were criticized by having six family members present when a local Priest came to give last rights!!! Religious disrespect and inconsiderate to our family. She had a friend that lived at Paramount Court so she was familiar with it. We interviewed with management to see if it would be possible. Mom wanted carpet but that wasn't available. She didn't want to be walking on hardwood. The manager, Tony, was accommodating and agreed to carpet the available single room at Mom's expense. The place is clean and well - layed out. The food was pleasant. The chef did a good job learning about the unique needs of the residents. Mom just stayed 3 months. Her house in the city was still available. One of her friends that she liked and ate meals with at the facility passed away. It affected mom. She wanted to go home. The staff was pleasant. The women who served in the kitchen and kept the place clean were great. Joanne Wright, the marketing director, was always pleasant and did everything to get Mom into the facility under the best of terms. Mom also enjoyed the woman who did her hair weekly. She did enjoy the home. She made friends.They did a good job taking care of her. But ultimately, she decided her home was the place to be while living out her days. She had a good stay at Paramount.She thinks it's a good choice for those who can no longer live alone in their home.

WOW is all we can say. Carrie and August were fantastic. We hired Treasures to Find to do a living…read moreestate sale (which several companies will not do) because we needed to de-clutter so we could list our house for sale. That gave them challenges as far as which rooms were open and which items were not to be sold. Worse, the week of the sale, AT&T decided to drill for fiber and close all street parking on our street! But Carrie and co. pivoted to a Sat-Sun sale instead of Fri-Sat with no problem. It took them several days to sort through, set up and price everything. We were not to be there the days of the sale and had to be out of the way during setup so we just went out of town for the week--that's how trustworthy Treasures to Find is! Nothing was stolen or broken. Carrie communicated with us most of the way so we were in the know. Even better, for a fee, they removed everything that wasn't sold after the sale so we came home to a nice empty place. Only downside/suggestions for improvement would be better retention of communications--we had to reiterate our wishes and specifics several times--totally understandable due to their having multiple sales going on simultaneously, but it would be good to write all that down so nothing is forgotten. (Only a couple items were sold that we didn't want sold, but the really important stuff was not, and that's what mattered.) Make sure you make your wishes clear and ask as many questions up front. Marketing was GREAT. They generated a lot of pre-interest via their website, Facebook and elsewhere. And when all was over, what a pleasant surprise! Gross sales and net profits were about 5x what we expected, even with their commission! Carrie and August were nicely surprised as well. We give Treasures to Find our highest recommendation!

I've been aware of this Gem of a Mobile Home Park for living at, for several years now; I'd say that the calendar year 2018, was the first time I visited here & today I was back bringing my beloved & fun-loving Mother, Dar T., some groceries she left behind for contributing to the WEEKLY BINGO FUN PALACE... The count has dwindled, unfortunately, here, at this "weekly BINGO GAME gathering due to illness & death of some, contributing members & that in itself is sad... Plain, sadness......... One area I really like, & enjoy about this weekly "Pack of Ladies & Gents" committed to gathering here, is that it is not only the gathering to play several games of BINGO weekly but it also DELIVERS A WEEKLY POTLUCK, where participants each bring something, pretty much any type of food & or beverage to donate to the cause & if there are leftovers they usually either divvy them up on-site OR leave with what is left of what they brought to share freely, amongst themselves... Attached are some photograph's I snapped today during my brief stay there where I handed off the item & reason for my unplanned trip here from home today to Carl; a participant... In the same area, there where they play BINGO each Wednesday afternoon, from 1:00PM/1300 (Military Time) to 3:00PM/1500 NOTE: (Starts at "around 12:30PM'ish & Wraps Up @ around 3'ish/1500)(Military Time) it has appeared to me that one can RENT this Auxiliary Room for entertaining, or having a gathering, as maybe a weekly card-game or something "Entertaining" such as this OR it could be IDEAL for a Baby Shower & or/Groom's & Bride's Pre-Wedding Celebration. Even for a BUSINESS MEETING FOR large & smaller businesses/groups/etc. ... All the banquet-long tables USED TO BE SEATED & FULL with paying-BINGO-PLAYERS Every single week, but as time has ticked-on...They are down to just 6 players weekly! They are truly some of the nicest people who "do no harm" I've met here in this town of Turlock, California. RESTROOM: I've noticed 1, & the one I use is IMMACULENT, CLEAN & ALWAYS WELL-STOCKED WITH TOILETRIES... It is a toilet room that is spacious and has a Men's urinal & a toilet both in the single bathroom. If there is a second restroom here I haven't come upon it just yet...The restroom, NEVER is malodorous from lack of cleanliness; that's a keeper in my book... Amenities & a FULL Kitchen! It's always clean, well organized & has a standard refrigerator/freezer combination in place, plates, cups, coffee cups, silverware, dishes, plates & more amenities... They have TONS AND TONS of folding metal chairs. I've assisted with setting up and breaking-down SAFETY: There isn't a security person that I've seen here but in the 6 years & counting, the times I've been present here, there has NEVER EVER been any rift-raft lingering nor feelings of fear from me & the others I observe who really look like they "feel like they are home to a certain extent"... It's a really cozy & warm feeling to tell you the truth...Which is why I am even here, to share and explain the great business(es) and individuals and etc. that are "out there" just hoping to be enlightened, & to gain more usefulness & popularity...I live with PTSD-Chronic(C), and I don't often feel "safe" on a daily and moment by moment basis.... Here I do feel safe...
