Chris has a stern but accommodating attitude, after all he is in the business of firearms and not Christmas trees and I respect it. I wouldn't want people clowning around making customers feeling unsafe. I was there for about an hour until the background check was completed and browsed the inventory and asked additional questions about different items. Chris is very knowledgable about firearms and provides straight forward reviews with a caveat "I will sell you whatever you want but this is my opinion.", almost like reading a review online but still having the ability to buy what you want. He is a firearms dealer, organizes/teaches weapon training courses, and is an avid shooter, so his opinion is based off of using the product not just reading a brochure. At the end of the day, I would go back and recommend others to go there as well.

I know, because I have the same quality with my own profession. It's so rare these days. He is patient beyond belief. I've screwed up so many times with the same darn habit that if I had been my own teacher I would have screamed already. And he doesn't miss a thing. His sharp eyes go from here to there and notices all the little things that might - or rather will - save your life someday. Or maybe just not ruin it. So easy to do with a loaded firearm.
