When the tow came for me and my car the man was very kind and considerate, he had me pull up the directions on my phone to the mechanic so that I knew where we were the entire time. Then he stayed with me at the mechanic's shop until I finished talking to the mechanic and I told him that I was good on my own. He said to me, "Well lock your car doors until your ride gets here. It's a well lit area and the people here are kind so I'm not too worried but you can never be too careful." That kindness and consideration for my safety and my own mental well-being is very rare and made a very difficult night so much easier. Mitch is the best,…read moremost considerate, hard-working person who genuinely cares about people you will find in the business. He is quick, experienced, and reasonably priced. I wish there were more people like him in this world. He put my truck on his Flatbed and towed my trailer with his Tow Truck to the Auto Parts Store. Replacing a pully and serpentine belt got me back on the road. He even flipped my hitch to level out the load on the trailer. Above and beyond expectations can sum it up.
