They had a private room with an activity for the kids. You are allowed to bring in food and drinks but make sure you don't make a mess. They provided plates and silverware. You only get the room for a couple hours. It was pretty busy with other parties that day we went but the museum itself wasn't too crowded. Kids are allowed to stay until museum close if they would like. Great place for older kids, can't really picture babies and toddlers here. Great place for kids to learn STEM skills and get off the tablets. Not so much for running around since the place isn't too big. I could see my kids spending many hours here. Perfect for my son and daughter since they love building things. Their favorite was the rocket launch and legos. I love the decor here! It's so bright and colorful. The bathrooms are great! So clean and individual stalls. The sink reminds me of elementary school so there was that nostalgia. They offer memberships and you can come try it out first, individual tickets are $14 and that can be applied to membership if you liked it. Lots of parking. Building only has one small sign outside so it's a bit inconspicuous.

Though not as big as I was expecting, it wasn't overcrowded on a Saturday late morning into afternoon. There are many different activists where your kiddos can learn through play--from power/electricity to building to music and more. They have party rooms that you can use which was awesome to have a place to eat and celebrate the birthday boy. The staff was receptive and attentive to both the parents and kids. You can just come an play, book a party or get a membership, and they have summer camps too. During the party the kids got to do a fun activity too!

They are wonderful!!!! We've been to other gymnastics locations in the Woodbury area, although not for years now as I would never leave rising stars, and no one comes even close. 100% would recommend for gymnastics. These are Some of the best, most caring instructors my kids have had throughout many years of sports and activities. I was there about 10 minutes when my 5 year old came to me with tears in her eyes saying the teacher told her she can't be there on Tuesdays and has to come on Mondays. I had to interrupt the two young women who were talking about their day at the front desk to ask what was going on, and they informed me that we signed up for Monday evenings. I said no we have other commitments on Mondays and basically was told, sorry nothing we can do for you. So THEY put the wrong night down and now I have a crying 5 year old that was told to leave class, when it wasn't even her fault. Then they told me that my daughter was there on Monday evening, and showed me the class roster and her name was checked off. She was in a different city taking swimming lessons at the time they said she was there. So for a positive, safe environment that is being talked about in the main page and website, they are pencil whipping the attendance, so they actually have no idea what kids are there or not. As I said we have been spending our money there for 2 years, and now they can't or won't try to fix their mistake. The owner was too busy to come and talk to me when asked to speak to one of them, and I was told they would contact us the following day. Do not trust this place, do not trust them with your child's safety. There are a ton of other better options in the area. Some of the instructors are great, but some are just kids themselves that do not teach the kids anything. Instead of making sure the child was having the best experience possible, they made her feel singled out and like she did something wrong, and trying to explain to a 5 year old that she didn't do anything wrong but was still told to leave class in front of all the other kids is just embarrassing for her. On the bright side, we went to the competitor and were able to sign up for less, and at a more convenient location in a nicer facility.

We had wonderful experiences with a birthday party and 2-day winter break camp here for our 2 kids…read moreand were very excited to attend their summer camps. This ended up being a huge disappointment. One of our kids is neurodivergent, and we explained this fully, including his triggers and medications, in the pre-camp questionnaire. Mid-day Thursday of his camp week we got a call that he had to be picked up due to pulling another camper off a stool. Let me be clear: it was NOT okay for our child to act out physically against anyone and or was completely reasonable for Snapology to have us take him home because of this. The behavior needed to have a consequence and be dealt with for everyone's safety. The issue is when I arrived to pick my child up. The woman who spoke to me was very judgmental, and said that when our child had had challenges and been disregulated "before this" they'd been able to "handle it," but this was too much. I was frustrated and asked about the previous issues. I told her we had not been informed about any previous disregulation or conflict. When I explained that had we known about any issues we could have worked with our child to help understand the situation, discuss and set him up for better choices, and be clear in advance about the consequences if his behavior didn't improve. I was told that they would now tell their staff that was important. Nonetheless, this woman called us later that night and told us she'd spoken to the owner and our child was not welcome back for the final day of camp (with a big project he was looking forward to). The owner himself has never contacted us. Again, I am in no way saying it was acceptable for our child to hurt anyone. It was not. I feel awful that another child suffered because of something our child did. Snapology and its staff, however, did not give us the information or opportunity to work, either on our own or with them, to prevent smaller issues from escalating. We also did not have a chance to follow through on showing our child how to take responsibility for his actions. Had we had the chance, we would have worked with him to write an apology to the other child, apologize in person, and do (more than we already do) serious talking through how to handle frustrations and never hurting anyone else. We also would have tried to connect with the other child's parents. Instead, the owner banned our child without even speaking to us. We won't be returning to Snapology. If you offer summer camps, ask registering parents about kids' medical and emotional needs, and accept those kids into camp you should be prepared to support and communicate about those kids. Everyone could have been safer and had a better experience if Snapology had performed these basic tasks.

We were…read moreoriginally okay with it because we had video access but they revoked access due to an accidental screen shot and we were given mixed messages as to when we would have access again and were told that it would be four months before it was restored. Additionally, the camera access marketing is extremely misleading because you only have access in ONE of many rooms your child is in. Putting our child in that space, even just part time for two months was the worst decision we've made as parents. We would get notices that she finished her lunch and when we'd look on the camera she would just be starting and at her 15m check up she lost weight, she dropped from the 90th percentile to 30th. Shame on us for choosing location convenience. We should have listened to the other reviews and noticed the only positive reviews were from Mandee herself and staff. On day one we had issues signing in and Mandee snapped at us when we asked for help. We wouldn't have asked if their handbook didn't repeatedly state that we would be charged $5 for each missed signin/out. Additionally, our child was the only person of color in her room PERIOD, including staff, until about half way through and then one staff member of color joined her room. All of that aside, we did love Alex, the education manager, and our child's teachers. We just couldn't justify the leadership. Especially with the gun store right next store.

The transition from Prestige to Everbrook was rocky at best with constant changes in dates and timelines, hiccups with technology, and the addition of unnecessary, new procedures. The way they handled COVID was downright embarrassing. My child was exposed EIGHT times (that's almost 3 times the number of exposures of other local daycares and both the Hopkins and Minnetonka school districts). But the newest drama is the kicker for me. There is a child in my daughter's class who is excessively aggressive. This child has targeted multiple students - including mine - for at least 3 months. Multiple families have complained, and we've all been given the exact same token response: "we have a plan in place." I've asked to meet with the directors and had my requests swept under the rug. In the meantime, my child is terrified to go to school and has come home with bite marks so deep I now have a detailed imprint of the other child's dental records. I could almost look past all of this if it weren't for the fact that my child is scared to go to school.

I thought it was very scenic and that Nicole D. should maybe select a different stable if she were going to complain about the view. I also scheduled a birthday party for my daughter a couple years ago or so, and she and I absolutely loved it! Their horses were sweet and weren't stubborn or cross at all and when we rode, and when we scheduled for our five riders (me, my daughter, a few friends), they responded right away and scheduled it. I do have to admit, though, the ride was quite pricey for such a short ride, in my point of view. I think that Sunnyside should probably charge less as it is quite expensive. IMPORTANT: It does say that there is a minimum of 5 children on the website. Quote, "90 Minutes of horseback riding!! She said, and voiced this aloud, that she thought that the camp was more geared toward 8-year-olds, rather than the 13-year-old age limit that is said on the site. Apparently there was also a majority of younger kids in her camp and that made it less fun for her because she didn't make very many friends. Her recommendation is for there to be separate camps, one for beginner (6-10) and one for advanced (11-16) or something like that.
