The disabled parking spots were just a few steps away so that was convenient. First impression is everyone was very pleasant and friendly. It's an open space in a small office so you can actively see therapy happening which (I think) is nice so you can also see how many other modalities they're using. Dr. Rashmi was very thorough during this first evaluation. Lots of questions and listening with eye contact. She explained how she wanted to start treatment and then said she would adjust as needed. She started some heat and movement as part of this first evaluation and set up additional time with my husband. So far, so good for the first 1.5 weeks down. Will update once he's at a midway point or almost done.

THE BEST!!! I live…read morein New York City, but I traveled to Ortho Sports to be seen by Daniel Pfau. I had extreme low back pain FOR 8 MONTHS (2 herniated disks, pinching a nerve root, causing shooting pain / sciatica). Before visiting Daniel... I got an MRI, saw 3 doctors in New York City (+1 in another country), 2 chiropractors, 1 acupuncturist, and 2 massage therapists. Nothing made a difference. Through word of mouth, I found Ortho Sports. The session with Daniel was incredible. He is knowledgable, experienced, attentive...and cares! After ONE SESSION my pain was almost completely gone!! ...and he gave me a set of exercises / stretches to do when I feel occasional pain. These have also been very helpful. This is exactly what I wanted, and needed. Thank you so much!

I had a sharp sciatic pain down my leg and in my foot most of the time. I couldn't stand for more…read morethan a minute or two. I needed a cane to walk more than 10 feet. That's changed now. I was diagnosed with three degraded spinal disks. The PerformanceOrtho group were great to work with. They took the time to do a thorough investigation and prepared a comprehensive plan to address my condition. My treatment involved physical therapy and pain management treatments and medication. After a 4 months my pain has reduced dramatically. I'm not pain-free but I no longer have stabbing leg pains and I can walk long distances without a cane. I wake up with a backache every morning (as if I slept on a rock) but goes away after I do my exercises; and sometimes I feel like my foot has fallen asleep for a minute or two, but that's it. I still have more invasive options should I need to go that route but as of now I don't feel I need to. Considering I still have 3 degraded disks and that I do not need the pain medications anymore I think my condition is much improved. All the people there, Drs. Perez & Tabije, Yoonie and the PT group I worked with really took good care of me. I had to work hard to get where I am (and so will you) but I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Performance Ortho, Branchburg if you have orthopedic issues.

The director and senior therapist, Carlos Ospina, has a great patient attitude, as well as a great track record - at least for me! - he has fixed multiple knee injuries, ankle injuries, a frozen shoulder and an injured back so far. (injuries that happened over a period of years in case you are wondering...) They have 3 full time therapists, plus 2 assistants most of the time, and the place is large enough to accomodate 7 or 8 patients at a time without feeling crowded. Their office staff is also great, all in al,l even though physical therapy does not provide for the happiest moments of your life, Sportscare in Bridgewater will get you back into action again!
