The director and senior therapist, Carlos Ospina, has a great patient attitude, as well as a great track record - at least for me! - he has fixed multiple knee injuries, ankle injuries, a frozen shoulder and an injured back so far. (injuries that happened over a period of years in case you are wondering...) They have 3 full time therapists, plus 2 assistants most of the time, and the place is large enough to accomodate 7 or 8 patients at a time without feeling crowded. Their office staff is also great, all in al,l even though physical therapy does not provide for the happiest moments of your life, Sportscare in Bridgewater will get you back into action again!

He has identified my issues, created the best treatment plan, progressing the program at my pace. I have observed the other therapists as well and the great thing about this facilty vs other facilitaties is you get a lot of one on one care. The maximum number of patients they see in a time slot is 2. Many other facilities you are given a set of exercises and left to do on your own with little to no guidance. The individual care is so important in getting quality care! I have gotten my neck pain resolved there in the past and am now going for back and hip pain. I am improving greatly with the skilled treatment by Bill. The office staff is fantastic as well! The wait is negligible. I look forward to my appointments and do my home program religiously. Bill motivates me so well! If you want quality Physical therapy this is your place!

I had a sharp sciatic pain down my leg and in my foot most of the time. I couldn't stand for more…read morethan a minute or two. I needed a cane to walk more than 10 feet. That's changed now. I was diagnosed with three degraded spinal disks. The PerformanceOrtho group were great to work with. They took the time to do a thorough investigation and prepared a comprehensive plan to address my condition. My treatment involved physical therapy and pain management treatments and medication. After a 4 months my pain has reduced dramatically. I'm not pain-free but I no longer have stabbing leg pains and I can walk long distances without a cane. I wake up with a backache every morning (as if I slept on a rock) but goes away after I do my exercises; and sometimes I feel like my foot has fallen asleep for a minute or two, but that's it. I still have more invasive options should I need to go that route but as of now I don't feel I need to. Considering I still have 3 degraded disks and that I do not need the pain medications anymore I think my condition is much improved. All the people there, Drs. Perez & Tabije, Yoonie and the PT group I worked with really took good care of me. I had to work hard to get where I am (and so will you) but I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Performance Ortho, Branchburg if you have orthopedic issues.
