On a visit to see him, I noticed a bin with "dirty laundry" written on it. I asked the nurse if we were supposed to do his laundry or were they. She informed me that we were...something no one told us. I shoved his clothing into a bag and took it home to wash. When the washer was done, I noticed a horrible smell when I was taking his clothes out to put them in the dryer. At the bottom of the washer was feces! They apparently never rinsed out or even threw out his dirty underwear that he soiled. They just shoved it in the dirty clothes bin! I had to clean out the washer with bleach, disinfect it, and rewash his clothing several times. When I told my husband to talk to them about this, they apologized but then a day or two later, after having tests done in the ER, they told my mother that my brother wasn't cooperating and she would have to pick a new rehab to put him in. They had been telling her that he was doing fine before this happened! They gave her only a few days to decide where to move him. Totally disappointed!
